I want to share my impression of customer service in your company. Two years ago, I was satisfied with your organization: I ordered, paid, and picked up my order without any problems (quickly and accurately). However, now the situation has changed dramatically.
Every time I come for my order, I encounter the same problems- waiting for the order to be issued, and the reason is not the large number of customers, but the complete lack of communication between employees. The question often arises: is my order paid? or your order is not ready yet, when it was written by the manager that you can pick it up. This is unacceptable!
In addition, I would like to ask the management about the work schedule. Please specify the actual time when you can pick up the order. The invoice says one thing, but the messages say something completely different. This creates a lot of confusion and discomfort.
Waiting 30 minutes for no apparent reason, when there is no one in front of me and the order is fully paid, is simply absurd. This only highlights the reluctance to work with clients.
