I bought sneakers in this store several times. Everything was fine, high-quality shoes made of leather or suede... the last time I came across a fake. The sole peeled off after a month, and the lining inside the sneaker turned into dust. I've never had this happen to sneakers even in a couple of years of wearing it like here in a couple of months. Not even enough for the season! BE vigilant in choosing sneakers in this store, as you can buy good shoes in the same way - and a full AWL! Moreover, the price at which you will buy will not be 200 rubles, but under 400. Such sneakers are given away at the Gardener in Moscow "three rubles" for wholesale! I agree with those who write that they can stick a stick here under the guise of the original type!!

I don't write reviews where I didn't like it. Riot is a really normal store. With a professional behind the counter, with prices lower than the average in the city, and only for non-standard sizes. I have 43, and I could easily choose and buy a pair for myself... The only thing I don't understand is the decision not to post on the site the availability of sizes by model... As it is, I really liked it.

They gave a discount on cleaning. There was no discount on the product. My wife is happy, and so am I. The location is not bad.

We are buying in this store for the second time. The first sneakers tore, but not quickly.. the backdrop is crumpled, torn from the inside. The second purchase was made 2 weeks ago, the first piece of paint (the leather part) tore a week later, the second piece of paint in the same place 2 weeks later. The store accepted the product and sent it for examination, the examination sent a message that it was necessary to have a baby tomorrow morning. But it was technically impossible, and they decided in favor of the store. We received a refusal to all requests to come and conduct a check-up, and a lot of advice and suggestions that the teenager has crooked legs and so on. The seller made a conclusion purely from my words that I know the law and the minimum warranty for shoes for a period of 2 years. There is no desire to leave money in this store anymore. We lost a client and his friends (who also bought shoes there) out of the blue.

He was a regular satisfied customer of this "store", until the first case of marriage (incorrectly sewn shoes, stung and twisted the leg). At the request of the exchange (wrote: exchange is a priority) we thought for several days and returned the money (although there was the same new pair on the shelf) with the words that they won't sell me anything else. That's exactly what they said:))))
And we wanted to buy two pairs at once for others (it's okay, we bought them from their competitors on the same day).
The complaint is written, the sole proprietor responds to it, trying to cover up all violations, instead of taking into account the rudeness of the staff and apologizing elementary.
In short, the market level is on a cardboard box, only indoors on the main avenue.
Taking into account the words of the seller of this store that they have problems with the supplier's exchange, etc., I began to doubt the originality of the shoes.
Neither I nor my friends set foot there anymore.

All the doors are open and I naturally went into the store. As it turned out later, the store opens at 11:00, which was told to me by the seller in a very rude way. To clarify, it was another seller whom I did not see last time. After receiving the information, I announced my desire to buy sneakers and look around the store, since I am here and the store is actually open, 7-8 minutes remained before the opening. The seller once again "grunted" something and said that you can only enter after 11:00. In fact, he is absolutely right, but the manner of communication with the client is disgusting and is not acceptable in the field of sales. And if the store opens from 11:00, then open the doors from 11:00 and do not mislead customers. I changed my mind about buying sneakers only because of this seller. It's too bad that a great store is suffering because of incompetent employees. Two stars only because of this seller.
