I'm shocked.I went to Bourbon for several years, there were no problems, everything was fine.but yesterday at about 20.00 I went there.a friend was waiting for me, having already ordered coffee.I greeted the waitress with zero reaction.after waiting for 10 minutes, silence.I looked in the door and asked to serve, they said now... another 15 minutes. The waitress has already started serving others. I came up and began to be indignant that they did not come up to me, to which the waitress said that she should not come up.I began to demand a book of complaints, they did not give it to me.They refused to introduce themselves.That's it. If they do not appreciate customers, I will not go and do not advise with such an attitude! Disappointed!
