Hello. I am currently at your branch on Parkentskaya Street, landmark — Plov City. My friend and I ordered a Brazilian burger, and unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the dish. There was a lot of peel in the burger, both got cartilage, and the taste of the marinade seemed very specific and unpleasant. Also, the bun was too soaked, which caused the structure to suffer, although it tasted good.
I think I expected a higher quality for this price. I hope you'll take this point into consideration.

It's a scam!!! This is the umpteenth time I have used the delivery service from this particular establishment, and every time something is not reported.
For example, today we ordered two sets of new York, 5 holopeno and 3 nuggets. As a result, the nuggets did not arrive. They contacted support. They got rid of 20k coupons and returned 28k. The total amount of the nuggets is 84k. And how do we understand this? We call support to no avail. Yandex is silent. What should I do?
