At first everything was fine, but then the administrator Tatiana came, without asking, climbed across the table, put napkins through the food (although there were enough of them), took one menu (they asked the waiter to leave for an additional one.of the order), motivating by the fact that we have his packs of food, and they have recently updated them. Later, we saw how she reprimanded the waiter who served our table. The other receptionist looked like he was just from the beach...shorts, a tank top and a haughty look. The menu is normal, the waiter is too, but because of the administrators and their relationship, I don't want to go there anymore. And anyway, to pass by.

The last 2 times I had no luck at all with pizzas. We were very disappointed.
They didn't sell a pizza, but a loaf with a filling. I can't call it anything else. The dough is porous, it immediately looked like Ciabatta bread, so it also tastes the same. The burnt bottom of the pizza was bitter, the children immediately refused to eat it because of the bitterness and the rubber dough, and the condition of the black mushrooms discourages the appetite to eat it at all.mushrooms were not spared, apparently, so as not to throw them away.

This is the first time I've met someone who couldn't have tea, coffee, mineral water or non-alcoholic beer in a cafe!! Tin! And there is another drawback.. There is only one toilet for so many seats (in summer there are many portable tables), and there is also a washbasin in it. I rarely write reviews, but there's a whole story here! In short, the burgers were waiting for 40 minutes, despite the fact that it was morning and the occupancy of the place was less than half. The burgers were cold, but one burger turned out to be the wrong one. I would like to say about the presentation separately: it was as epic as possible and I will never forget it! During the serving, after going through the entire establishment, almost to the kitchen, next to which we were sitting, a homeless man came in and started asking for money. Neither the receptionist nor the waiters cared. Apparently, this is part of the program or a plainclothes employee.
In general, if you weren't wildly hungry, you could return the money or demand other burgers.
I hope this incident is an exception to the rule, because the reviews are entirely positive. It was probably just not our day.

We praised this place and decided to order pizza at home, made an order at 4 p.m., to which we were told that we would be able to make delivery between 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm. It's time for 20.30, no response, no greetings. Time 21.00 no one brought anything, no one even deigned to call and inform that the delivery was delayed.
They started calling the institution to find out where the courier was, they didn't get through the first time. Then the Administrator called us back and informed us that the courier would arrive to you in MAYBE 15-20 minutes. As a result, the courier called at 21.20 and informs that he will arrive in another 20 minutes, well, that is, by about 22.00🤦🏼♀️
Well, there are no words for it, we no longer needed this pizza at such a time.
How do employees work who cannot prioritize delivery and the courier, he also sees the time interval when you need to bring????!!!
The service is terrible, because no one called or warned, and they did not even want to resolve this situation in any way, as if this was the order of things.
If you cannot perform your duties, then you should not introduce such a function as "delivery"!

After the walk, it seemed warm, we sat on the veranda, it began to rain lightly and we decided to move inside. When they told the waiter about this, they received the answer that they could not change seats. I understand this position when there are a lot of customers, but at that time a maximum of 4 tables were occupied on the veranda, along with ours and empty inside. It's time to be arrogant and say that we will wait for our order inside. And as a result, it did not cause any problems to anyone.
I still don't understand the logic of this behavior and the reasons why I need to explain why I'm transferring.
