You will never get napkins, there is always something missing in the order. The food generally leaves much to be desired, potatoes and nuggets are made with long-standing oil, which gives a taste of bitterness. I highly do not recommend this place.
There are no on-site food trays ("out of stock" according to the employee, no one has them on the tables around), and you have to go to the counter several times to pick up your order. The shrimps just felt like they were falling asleep in a common bag, lying around between burgers, and the staff's communication was disrespectful and nervous.
Burgers are practically free of additives, aggressive employees, and the ratio of drink to fat in drinks is about 30/70. The only advantage is the fast feed

Firstly, it is impossible to make an order "on the spot" in a restaurant, although there is such an opportunity in restaurants in the neighborhood.
Secondly, and most importantly, it was impossible to order a coupon here, for which I decided to place an order here. Coupon 4201. I ordered the next-priced coupon and for 19.90 I got three drinks, three small fries and two microscopic burgers. This outcome disappointed me very much.
I have never ordered these burgers separately, which is why I did not have a chance to understand what they would be like in the end. And I ordered the coupon only because of the lack of what I want in this particular restaurant.
It may seem that this is an insignificant situation sucked out of the finger, but it personally upset me.
I waited 45 minutes for the order. There are 50 orders in the tableau, and one girl collects them. And when it comes time to pick up the order, there's a queue of 10 people who are all trying to get in front of you, and the girl, instead of giving orders, runs all the time to make damn drinks for everyone. I will never order here again. Hire enough people to get the job done.

Not only is everyone doing it very slowly, but also the staff, when they came up to say that there was no time to wait for one burger and a pie, made such an expression on her face that I was rude to her. I work in the service sector myself, but for employees to behave like this is the height of disrespect. The girls will work for the first day and are completely unable to communicate with customers and allocate their working hours, so that if there are 6 orders there will not be a long wait. Judging by the reviews, the management of this institution will not accept anything anyway. But maybe people who see these reviews will make the right decision not to go to this institution of "fast" and kind service.

The best restaurant .Not only is the team cheerful , but it is also clear that people are working .I really like the restaurant.

Today we visited them for the first time and never set foot again, we ordered a Cheeseburger roll - we have never tasted more disgusting things in our lives: pita bread, it feels like they were fried in fat and then left to lie in a warm room for a couple of days (hard and with a disgusting taste), questions also arose about the freshness of the cutlets. We couldn't eat it, and after that, the whole evening there was an unpleasant taste in our mouth, which could not be interrupted by anything. For this, they charge 5.9 rubles. for a piece 15 centimeters long, inside which is a cutlet and ketchup with mustard. Don't think that I'm picky, I eat almost everything, but I didn't expect such a failure from Burger Kinga.
Previously, the orders of the ticket offices and the kiosk were completed separately. Now we are together, in a common stream. The order accepted later than mine was completed earlier.
