It's always delicious and quick to cook. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly and the manager is nice. All issues are resolved calmly and with respect. It is worth emphasizing the cleanliness of the establishment, in comparison with other establishments of this type. Disgusting! We arrived at 20:40 and the wait was 30 minutes! No one warned about this! The order included a French hamburger. The specified composition:ketchup, mustard, pickled cucumber, onion and sesame bun, beef patty.
In fact, there was a cutlet, mustard, and something that looked like a cucumber inside. After the complaint, they gave out a new burger, but there were also no onions or cucumbers in it, only a cutlet, ketchup and mustard. Only after calling the administrator was they given something that looked like a French hamburger. The service is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it were possible to set 0, I would have set it.

I am writing to you with a complaint about my recent experience at your institution. This is the second time I've left disappointed.
The first time I was faced with a huge queue, and although I was ready to wait, I was very confused by how the orders were collected. The picker worked with dirty gloves, touching a bag of food and then continuing to collect orders without changing gloves. This made me want to return the money, as I was concerned about sanitary standards. Besides, when I picked up my order, it turned out to be incomplete, and I didn't investigate, as what I saw had already spoiled my mood.
The second time I came, there was no gas in the vending machine. I asked to fix this problem, and they told me to wait 5 minutes. However, when I returned, the situation hadn't changed. I received a negative comment from an employee and was able to get a carbonated drink only half an hour after my request.
Unfortunately, both of these experiences have left me with a negative impression of your service. I hope that you will pay attention to these problems and take measures to solve them.

on the plus side: the order is prepared quickly and the staff is courteous. from the rest: a large frequency of cleaning (upon entering the establishments, I noticed that all the tables I passed were not cleaned, and apparently a glass of milkshake was spilled at one. the place was at best 1/4 full, but the specialist started cleaning only after I waited for the order), the order was not fully assembled and I had to approach it again

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and they gave me a strawberry one. All burgers up to 5 rubles are not tasty and juicy, I tried a hamburger and a cheeseburger, there's just nothing at all except one cutlet and two rolls, the same with sauce.
As for cleanliness, half of the tables are dirty, rarely cleaned.

Yesterday I settled this institution, only negative emotions remained. The service is disgusting. All the food was cold. They put the wrong sauce and didn't even check it out. Delivery takes longer than an hour, and the promo code for the whopper from the promotion is 45 minutes or the whopper is free — did not arrive.
I wrote to support, the result: they called a few hours later, or rather they threw a grouse (the fact that it was a call from BC was determined by the application), I immediately called them back - the call was reset.
