The service is terrible, we waited for our order for 25 minutes and there were not very many people.they ordered a set with a chic cake instead, they gave her a cupcake, the cheapest and did not warn in advance about the replacement, mirinda was so diluted that it tasted like carbonated water.we took the set on the spot, gave it a package, without a tray.in short, it was just disgusting to eat there, I love burger King, but this one would be better closed, it's just a shame.

Disgusting! We arrived at 20:40 and the wait was 30 minutes! No one warned about this! The order included a French hamburger. The specified composition:ketchup, mustard, pickled cucumber, onion and sesame bun, beef patty.
In fact, there was a cutlet, mustard, and something that looked like a cucumber inside. After the complaint, they gave out a new burger, but there were also no onions or cucumbers in it, only a cutlet, ketchup and mustard. Only after calling the administrator was they given something that looked like a French hamburger. The service is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it were possible to set 0, I would have set it.

All burgers up to 5 rubles are not tasty and juicy, I tried a hamburger and a cheeseburger, there's just nothing at all except one cutlet and two rolls, the same with sauce.
As for cleanliness, half of the tables are dirty, rarely cleaned.
The entire dosage is highly diluted with water.
At the expense of the king free standard for 3 rubles., they probably confused the standard with a micro small king free.
They also say they cook quickly there, well, of course they cook quickly when it is prepared in advance.

on the plus side: the order is prepared quickly and the staff is courteous. from the rest: a large frequency of cleaning (upon entering the establishments, I noticed that all the tables I passed were not cleaned, and apparently a glass of milkshake was spilled at one. the place was at best 1/4 full, but the specialist started cleaning only after I waited for the order), the order was not fully assembled and I had to approach it again

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and they gave me a strawberry one. When asked where the chocolate is, even if the drink itself is pink, I was told that it was chocolate and four tubes were thrown at the weight, to a calm request to give them) The service is just terrible, the room itself is dirty, sticky puddles on the floor, pieces of food are lying around. Delivery arrived from this institution, ordered through the official app. We did not put 2 of the 2 spices sour cream and onions, shakers too. Zero napkins. Delivery takes longer than an hour, and the promo code for the whopper from the promotion is 45 minutes or the whopper is free — did not arrive.
I wrote to support, the result: they called a few hours later, or rather they threw a grouse (the fact that it was a call from BC was determined by the application), I immediately called them back - the call was reset.
P. S. In general, it is not clear for what reason the order was going here, when several other BC establishments are much closer, from where it usually came.

The horror! Cashiers do not work, there is no way to pay in cash, and self-service cash desks do not issue checks, which makes it impossible to pour a drink. Also, the potatoes tasted even worse than store-bought frozen ones.

Yesterday I settled this institution, only negative emotions remained. To begin with, to order an order, I waited for 7 minutes while the staff was doing their business (standing on the phone and talking), then they did not accept the order, there were no coupons that were still valid (I don't know why), I waited 15 minutes for the order to be issued, when it appeared that my order was ready, I came up and was told to wait another 5 minutes. The service is disgusting. All the food was cold. They put the wrong sauce and didn't even check it out. The potatoes were scattered all over the tray and the roll was broken on the floors and the packaging was torn.
