Maybe I'm wrong. But that's just an opinion. And the opinion is that for this money, what they draw there, at least there should be a good kitchen, everything should be prepared right away. From baking rolls and cutlets, and fresh vegetables arriving daily. As they have in the picture :)

We were in Zhlobin on the weekend, we decided to stop by Burger King. Yes, I had to wait longer than in Minsk, but on the whole I liked everything. The staff is friendly, it is clear that they are trying, everything is clean. It was a pleasure to spend time here! The branch has only recently opened, I think it will be even better later!

We made and paid for the order through the app at 15.00 for pickup from the restaurant by 17.45. At 17.52 we received a message that our order would be ready by 18.00. Okay, we are waiting.
At 6.15 pm, I went to the delivery of orders to ask where our order was, which was not even visible on the "Preparing" board. They said we still have to wait. It is not clear how long to wait. Then I came up several more times to ask what was wrong with the order - and they answered me in an irritated form, "Don't you see how many orders - wait." While we were waiting, we watched people come, order, take orders, eat them, leave. The children were just tired and wanted to go home, as did my husband and I too.
We waited and waited and waited. At 19.00, my patience broke (although I am a very calm and patient person). I got through to Minsk, where they gave me the number of the burger king manager in Zhlobin, and only then did the workers start moving.
And only at 19.15 our order was ready. No one even apologized (on the contrary, when issuing an order, the employees snickered maliciously), not to mention offering some kind of bonus for waiting, they still did not report 2 paid sauces (and this is not the first time). There were 3 onion rings in a bag and they were thin (100% should be more).
As a result, instead of picking up your order at 17.45. (let me remind you - ordered and paid at 15 o'clock) We waited until 7.15 pm and the case moved forward after my calls.
For an hour and a half, the children and I waited for our order to be collected. Well, what kind of mess is this, how can it be? Don't set foot there anymore. I have never seen such service in any such institution. Take some measures. The mood was completely ruined.
Put things in order in the end and do something about the fact that the components are not systematically reported to the orders). I don't recommend this place to anyone - it's just a complete mess.

With a huge influx of people, I waited for my order (after about 7-10 minutes). The food is warm, sometimes hot and fresh. The sauces are normal. I don't know about burgers. I didn't buy it. The potatoes are good, I liked them. There are quite a few promotions, as well as coupons. Convenient ordering system. Personally, I am satisfied.

1. The waiting time for an order on a weekday is more than 25 minutes. That's a lot for a fast food restaurant. And if the waiting time is like that, well, it so happened, then learn how to WARN cashiers ABOUT the WAITING TIME.
2. It is better to put people in the kitchen / gathering instead of him standing and guarding the drinks machine. Or let him keep the hall and toilet clean. Although I took a takeaway and poured a drink once, the fact that this machine was guarded made me uneasy. All the time I was waiting, I watched the staff chasing the children after these checks. If you don't trust me that much, then take the machine out of there.
If you think about it, then why should I keep a receipt and carry it every time I want to drink while sitting in a restaurant?!
3. Teach the employees at the checkout to at least say hello, I'm not talking about wishing a good day / evening.
ADDITION: I wrote a review before I opened the package with the order. I know that country potatoes shouldn't look like that. It should have been written off, not sold!!!
