The terrible attitude of the staff and the state of the food . We came to have a snack on 7.01.2024 at 19:40 . We made an order for a whopper combo and a whopper mini . The waiting time was called 5 minutes , after 10 minutes he came up himself , to which he received an answer : wait another 5 minutes . After another 10 minutes, I came up and tried to call at least someone (the administrator was blown away after my first remarks, leaving everything to its own devices ) from the kitchen, a guy came up to me and just took a burger from the shelf and gave me an order . Having unwrapped the so-called burger, consisting of a bun and a cutlet, I went back to the order reception desk and, as you understand, the Administrator , who is the face of the company , decided to simply go to the office. Attempts to reach her were unsuccessful , at that moment a guy from the kitchen came up and explained that they had run out of tomatoes and cabbage ( why they did not inform me is completely unclear to me ) . They said they would replace the burger and did it naturally, as they wanted to do themselves: they decided not to add onions this time and also a salad. There was no limit to my indignation . After much effort to shout to the Receptionist , he still came up to me and gave me a second burger as a gift , also without filling the necessary . The administrator does not hold his position and does not understand the functionality at all. In such situations , you could just raise the level of the burger and apologize , but impudence unfortunately = stupidity . I won't talk about cleanliness, etc.

Personally, I was there 3-4 times, and I ate there and took it with me too, Fast food is Fast food, only I don't like that they don't measure French fries, hang them on the eye and work without the right gloves, they do everything right in front of their eyes and don't wear gloves, I ordered myself three times at different times this, and all three times I was made to wait from 30-1hours to wait. Whether I forgot to put the juice in a childish way or does it on purpose, I don't know. In general, I did not like it. I work in the same building, I thought I would order less often at work, I went out and continued to work, it was not there. Not only the food, but also the service did not like it. When you ask, they throw it to each other. In general, I did not like it, and for this such an assessment, no offense to the management of this institution, but what a hello and such an answer.
