We placed an order for delivery, as we later realized from this restron, at first everything was fine, until we picked up the order and found out that 4 burgers and sauces were missing when it came to finding out..it's just terrible, we immediately called the call center, to which we were told that the information was delivered to the restaurant and they would call us back, it takes 20 minutes they don't call us back, we bother the call center again, we were given the manager's number where we can call specifically to the restaurant, we called three times and did not fill up the phone, we wanted to know what what should we do in this case, it feels like it's our fault, absolutely no feedback, we end up getting a call back after 50 minutes, after contacting the call center three times, to which the manager says just sorry for the long wait (the girl was quite polite, but honestly, it didn't bring much joy) we can offer you 2 solutions, or we will now deliver the missing goods by courier, otherwise you can come to our restaurant and we will give you, we agreed to deliver by courier and waited for the courier for another hour, just averted the attitude towards the customer + a spoiled evening to find out when we just wanted to have a good time took 3 hours It's a pity that we'll figure it out when it will be.
And thanks to the manager, Alexandra, anyway, at least for being polite and seemingly regretting that this happened, but it didn't change the situation at all.

It was a good place to eat, but now you have to wait 20-30 minutes for an order, and this is with an online order, and large orders are collected faster, and the burger that needs to be given to me lies for 5-10 minutes, they give you a cold product, it's easier to get to the train station and back than to wait for the order to be issued
I don't like that the application shows that the order was issued on time, that is, after 10 minutes, and burgerking did not respond to the complaint that was filed more than a month ago at this point.

BurgerKing has not been encouraging lately.
The menu of the electronic scoreboard does not have a very clear system for ordering drinks - there are several options that differ in the size of the glasses, somewhere in the picture there are cola/ 7ap/ mirinda, and somewhere only cola, although in fact you can pour any one.
Then there's the trouble of pouring a drink - you have to scan the receipt every time; there's tinted water with gas in one tap, syrup in the other, and you're constantly confused.
Well, the girl at the distribution who, with a dissatisfied look, LOUDLY puts, almost throws, a package with an order to you - this is the finish.
Of course, all this may seem like small things, but there are so many competitors around, and there is a choice of where to go, that the little things begin to play a decisive role.
By the way, I continue to go to BC only for the sake of fried shrimp.
