It's a terrible place. I don't recommend it to anyone. The staff is a separate song. We came for the first time and were very disappointed. We ordered 2 combos and coffee, we sit and wait. Trays are placed near the cashiers. My husband saw coffee in one, came up and asked if our order was ready, to which the cashier with the headset, looking at the number, said no. We sat for 10-15 minutes, no one says anything. The tray is standing. The husband came up again, asked if it was our order. There was already another girl who looked at me and said yes. The husband was indignant, called the cashier, whom he asked for the first time. She said without batting an eye that the order was not ready. In general, we ate a cold order. No one even apologized. Make buttons so that when the order is ready, the person's signal lights up. The numbers scream indistinctly. The dog is stupid. I would like to know how the cashier will be punished. Teach politeness elementary.
