I wanted to go to Burger King Göktürk branch on 06.04.2025 and order a Chicken Burger Menu with 2 pieces. We were told that the device is defective and this menu cannot be given at the moment. However, I personally observed that the same menu was served to other customers only 5 minutes later. This made me think that my order was specifically rejected due to the density.
When I met with the branch manager to ask about the situation, this time a different and contradictory explanation was given, such as “there was no gas”. Such inconsistencies indicate that there is no open and honest communication with the customer.
I demand that the relevant managers check whether there has really been a natural gas outage on 06.04.2025 and that the necessary warnings and disciplinary actions are applied about the misleading attitudes of the branch staff. Such an arbitrary and indifferent approach to the customer seriously damages the corporate image of the brand.
