The order was prepared fairly quickly, since there were practically no people, but even a small order has to wait a long time during the day.
I took the order and went to get a drink - pepsi was pouring from this "tap", the color was more reminiscent of toilet water. I showed it to an employee, and they told me to just pour it out and pour it from another tap. The girl ignored my request to give me a new glass.
When I came and sat down at the table, I saw that the package at the bottom was torn, potatoes were almost falling out of it, which were already scattered all over the package.
In general, the food is more or less delicious, but the service, staff attitude and drinks leave much to be desired.…
Today, I decided to go in and order a couple of burgers "fast" at Burger King, which usually takes no more than 5 minutes in other fast food establishments, even due to the workload, but today on 02/9/2025 there were 7 or 8 orders in the order board, but I expected 3 burgers for 20 minutes, I look at the workers, and barely They're hanging around the kitchen, it's their last day. Of course, I understand everything, but if you don't want to work, or if you're not in the mood, then don't go to work! If they changed the oil in the deep fryer or something, but no, they just walk slowly and move, it's terrible, I don't advise you to come to this place during the day. The burgers were very, very tasty and juicy. But the speed is alas.
It was yesterday. I came and ordered a burger, potatoes and cheese sauce, ordered through an electronic scoreboard, I did not get a receipt, I did not have time to take a picture of the order number. I went to figure it out, my order was not there and they told me that they would call the administrator, so they didn't call him. I showed them the receipt and they told me that they couldn't help me, and they didn't return the money either. I ate their air for free. At the very least, we could have looked at the cameras to make sure that I really made an order.
The place looks new and fresh.
The following claims are made to the quality of service:
1. I was at 10:15 to get 2 cocktails. I was told in a rather unpleasant way to go to the self-service ticket offices if I had a card.
2. The first cocktail was made quickly. But I waited another 10 minutes for the second one. I would understand if there really was some kind of workload. But no... The girl behind the counter just left in an unknown direction.
3. When the collection came, I couldn't stand it and loudly called this girl.
4. She asked: "What are you waiting for?".. I was shocked to answer that my order....
5. I asked for a stand and this is the only thing that went well in this restaurant. Thank you 🫶
6. Unfortunately, one cocktail had to be large and strawberry, and the other small and chocolate. As a result, both are without any filler / syrup.
I didn't have time to go back to write a complaint.
When the girl was making a chocolate little cocktail, she was definitely looking at the glass. If you need time to calibrate the syrup in the morning, guests can be asked to wait rather than just give them a mixture without syrup.
In principle, everything is the same as everywhere at BK. This time there was an incomprehensible additive in the burger. With terminals, as usual, the trouble is to go through 10 screens before paying, where SMS with the code disappear is not clear, but after a couple of hours they are displayed on the phone.
Burger King as always! At any point, you will wait more than 20 minutes for your order! It's like you ordered their best dish in a restaurant. The food is normal, but you always have to wait sooooo much! The horror 😩😩😩

Compared to other burger kings, it's pretty clean, beautiful, maybe everything is new so far. But the service is a little longer than in other restaurants of the chain, perhaps also because they have just opened. Good location, this area was missing burger king.
I've had a week of burger joint visits here. I also came to you of course (well, next door). I bought French fries and a burger of some kind (French like). It's been a long time since I've received such a disappointment, well, honestly! I took it to take away, and therefore I could not immediately rate it.
Of course, there is not enough sauce and greens (but this is delicious), beef is purely a shoe =). And to top it off, a very tired bun, which has long said fervent greetings to the expiration dates.
Ice cream with a cocktail was brought quickly, but there is no cleanliness of the new point, the same unpleasant audience of teenagers swearing at the whole hall, a meager menu of chicken burgers. And the most unpleasant thing is Pepsi with the smell of chlorine, as it already happened at the point on the Stone Hill.
In this office, you absolutely don't care about the time indicated in the SMS receipt, a couple of tables in the trash and 2 of the cheapest burgers to do 40 minutes is something
When we arrived , we didn 't find the entrance , everything was fenced off, and since the network is cool, I advise everyone to take it and you won 't regret it .
