Not only was the courier almost 40 minutes late, but the food arrived all crumpled, cold, and the potatoes generally stuck together in one piece!
I called a short number, immediately sent a code for being late, promised that the manager would contact me about a frankly terrible order. So no one contacted, the manager of this restaurant clearly does not care about the customers.
