I ordered food with home delivery in the app. I've been waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF! The KC said that they were bringing food from this restaurant and the order was still being prepared! I understand everything, it's Friday night, the weather is bad, but to have such a waiting time… This is too much!
P.S. the food was delivered (waiting time is 1 hour and 47 minutes) the food is delicious, warm, no questions asked.
I ask you to deal with the negligence and disorganization of the staff of this restaurant. Because it's not the first time some flaws have happened. Sometimes not the whole order will be delivered, then the waiting time is long.

No, no, and NO again. I ordered a double Bialowieza whopper. For that price, I expected something delicious... The meat is disgusting, it spoiled the whole impression. Farther. The potatoes are cold, it's like they've been lying all day and they gave it to me. I took another cheeseburger, I thought at least I would enjoy its taste, but no. It's dry and not tasty. Milk Shake took a chocolate one, I could feel the powder on my tongue with which it was made, it felt so-so. The only thing that didn't mess up is the sauce)) I don't know how it works, there seems to be only one Burger King franchise, but for example, they always cook delicious food at the same train station and sometimes I want to have a snack there. Positive: standard, as in all restaurants of the chain
Cons of this restaurant: I indicated latte in the order - they knocked out bonaqua, I found out when I picked up the order, to my question: was the girl mistaken? - she looked at me as if she wanted to kill me and with such a displeased face said that this was exactly what I ordered. The trash cans were overflowing to the brim, the tables were not cleaned, the toilets were filthy (in particular the men's, just terrible!)

I ordered food from the vending machine today. The machine did not issue a check, it was broken, as it turned out. At home, I decided to weigh the order on the kitchen scales. Two 10g hamburgers, that's nothing. But after paying for a large portion of French fries, it says that it should have been 126g, for a total of 93g, even less than a small one. But I paid like a big one))) Although I came up and asked when I was still in the institution, they say it looks like such a large portion? and I was told that yes. I recently visited Burger King in Minsk, and I was very pleased with my experience. The menu was very varied, and I found many dishes that I really liked.
I ordered one of their burgers and I was amazed by the freshness of the ingredients and the taste. The burger was very juicy, and the combination of meat, vegetables and sauce was just perfect.
In addition, the service was very fast and friendly. The Burger King staff were very professional and willing to help me with any questions I had.
I would also like to point out that the restaurant was very clean and well maintained, and it created a very pleasant atmosphere.

I was in this place as a courier. At the checkout, I asked if my order was ready, to which I was told that it was still being prepared, I needed to wait. I waited 5 minutes, then another 15 minutes of paid waiting and another 10 minutes, I went there again, asked if the order was ready, to which they replied that we had not received such an order... As a result, I stood there for about an hour and did not achieve anything, I had to cancel the order myself.

It is very dirty and not vague. The workers are like sleepy flies, barely cooking. But they go to drink all the time with a check from a vending machine, the first time they look like that at all. The food was not cooked for a long time, there was no queue, but the food was already cold. The bun is soaked. Where these cold burgers came from is a mystery.

Me, my sister and her friend ordered mango punch, and we started trying it...it's just water with paint and mango flavor, it wasn't even sweet, just hot water with flavor. I ordered a double whopper and XL fries, cooked in half a minute maximum, only managed to put things in, it's ready. The sellers are nice. The whopper is almost like in the picture. For an establishment on the main avenue, it looks neglected. There is no soap in the toilet, the furniture is stripped, the beverage dispenser has its own life. But the cherry on the cake was when Chicken tar-tar was brought, in which instead of chicken some kind of biomass in breading, the burger itself was cold as from the refrigerator, the cheese did not try to melt. After the outrage, it was replaced, but there is no desire to come here anymore.

If there is an opportunity not to eat there, do not eat, everything is very expensive compared to the quality, just forget the coupons. Supposedly free drinks, but absolutely every coupon with a drink, you pay for a glass like for a glass of water, but you won't drink much more than 400 ml + drinks are very diluted. Now about coupons, but rather about 5 for 7, burger ± norms, stanakan (where without it), muffin (cost 20 kopecks), 3 onion rings in breading (it is not clear what is more breading or onion, rather breading) and sauce to choose from (it is generally unclear what can be dipped in it from this set).

On the website or in the application, you can see how it should be. I was at Burger King today, and I was impressed by the most delicious and best cuisine of this place (sarcasm).
Salads - the composition is simply stunning. Iceberg salad with just fillets and crackers, thank you for at least giving the sauce.
For more profitability of these dishes, it is advisable to add several ingredients. Such as: tomato (cherry is possible) and cucumber.
Otherwise, it seems that they made this kind of salad so that the guests would just throw money behind their eyes.
The burger is just a masterpiece. Yes, it doesn't taste as disgusting as it looks. But nevertheless, the taste catches up with the appearance after 5-10 minutes.
The burger looks like a diaper that was used for its intended purpose, and then cooked on the "grill" and served to the guest.
I believe that with such a pace and rating, this institution does not have much left to live.
People are not fools, and they are well aware of the actions where and on whom they spend their earned money.
