A place for children and students. Every time I come, I am surprised that I am one of the 3 who work here over 30 😆 fast enough, never waited more than 10 minutes, even at very busy times. But sometimes employees can mark your order as ready, but in fact it is not even close, as there is no one at the place of issue. Everything was always fine with the food, but last time we got sour rechitskoe white beer. Guys, if you have a beer promotion, make a sign, otherwise you have an open keg for months. There will be information about the promotion - they will also buy beer. The promotion, by the way, is 1+1. If there is no information anywhere, ask at the checkout. The freshness of the beer is on your luck)

Although the people who come to burger king could clean up after themselves!!!
When children make noise, managers will always come up and ask them to be quiet.

The waiting time on Saturday and Sunday is justified by the fact that the influx of people is huge and there are a lot of orders, but there are not so many people working. If the wait is higher than 20 minutes, you are always warned.

45 minutes for a burger: disappointment.
It was June 23rd. We were passing through and of course went to the fast food chain known to everyone for a snack, since everyone knows that the delivery of orders from 30 seconds is 3 minutes. If time allowed, we would choose another place where the food is prepared faster and it would not be fast food. Overall, the food was not bad, but waiting 45 minutes for a simple fast food order just ruined the whole evening. I understand that there are overlays, but waiting almost an hour for a regular burger is too much. If you catch a severe heat wave, warn visitors about it. As a result, the mood is spoiled, we were late for the concert.

The answer is one - a lot of orders, but I do not understand why these should be my problems (while the quality of food is always at a decent level)? The SMS message sent only states that no one needs to bring this delivery service to a high and decent level.

There were few visitors, they ordered through the application at the reception at the entrance. They were served quickly. What is convenient is that you can pour the drink as much as you want for 45 minutes after ordering, it turns out that you can still take a full glass with you. There were no questions about the quality of food and drinks, I liked everything. The staff is polite, they even asked if the music was loud and turned it down. The place was clean, there were many tables, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I was waiting for my order for a decent time and it turned out that it was ready, but they forgot about it. They started collecting it only when I came to ask about the cooking time. I was absolutely dissatisfied with the burger: the small size of the burger itself and the crumbs of vegetables (there really were almost none) are the exact opposite of what is indicated on the menu. Cheese medallions, which have only the name from "cheese", also did not meet expectations. I advise you to choose another place to have a snack and relax with your friends.
