Disgusting service!!!!
An order was made at the checkout, to which the girl offered a combo (according to our order, there were several of them in the receipt), to which we refused. That's it, we paid, we went to a table. When we saw the receipt, we saw absolutely not what we ordered!!! This is what it is!!! We approached the cashier with the question, how is this even possible??? To which we heard that there is a discount if you order a combo. What???? What a discount, I don't need it at all, I made a specific order!!!! They asked us to punch in what we ordered, but even then there was a problem (payment was made by card, and the refund to the card would have to wait several days, but you just can't pay extra money). And now the question? Do you have some kind of plan for them, that you, like crazy, punch them in the receipt, or does the administration force its employees to do this???
I write briefly, but somehow it didn't quite work out in short, there is a lot of indignation about all this, and there is simply no time to write anymore so much, so I got confused, although I've never written my dissatisfaction, but it's just boiling here!!!
The mood is spoiled, not a foot to you anymore!!!!

We often went there, but after today we are unlikely to come, the situation is like this, my friend and I ordered enough food, sat, rested, there was an embarrassment and it turned out that we had to go to the toilet together in one stall, five minutes later a guard began to break into the WOMEN's toilet. and demand that we go out or he will call an outfit, we said that we will go out when we solve our problems, when we went out, he came up to us and started accusing us of DRINKING BEER THERE, although we went to the toilet even without bags and outerwear, then he said that we were sitting in a restaurant it's been an hour and so that after another hour we wouldn't be here anymore, when we went down to the manager, he roughly said that the security had done everything right. That's how we absolutely ruined the evening, this man was talking to us absolutely not on a professional level, as if we were sitting in some kind of drab pub, it's just disgusting.

I want to write not about the kitchen, but about the TOILET, it's not the first time I notice that the toilets are not cleaned, they stink, there is no soap. it feels like in the 90s at train stations.

The terrible staff mixed up the order. When the girl was clearly told what we wanted, she struck the wrong one. We waited 40 minutes, even though we were alone. And when asked how it could be fixed, she said she didn't know. You have a person standing there and it's clear that she doesn't care and we're bothering her with our presence. When they ordered a burger and got who knows what. And wait so long. You don't seem to be thinking about the visitors at all. The girl was openly on the phone and when she saw us, she put it down with a great favor.

They don't give checks, the queues are huge, there are children everywhere who don't take anything but just yell and play with phones!
Terrible little menu! The normal combos were removed , only huge ones were added for 20p. I'm sorry, I can't eat that much. Normal things were picked up completely !

We ordered delivery an hour ago by Yandex, according to the combo, everything was brought, but the quality is just terrible, I added a photo of potatoes, are you feeding pigs or people, it's impossible to eat a burger, with a smell, pies and those managed to spoil, but once they were the best in the city, I do not recommend the word at all and to no one.
