A queue that the restaurant can't handle. I ordered coffee and tea through the info kiosk. The receipt did not leave with the order number. I was in a hurry and after 10 minutes of waiting they said that they could not pour tea (just boiling water), because the device broke down. I asked to give the order without tea, they didn't even offer to issue a refund.
