I just ordered a Shrimp roll + extra cheese. We cooked for 12 minutes. Order 2581.
I got on the train, opened it, took a bite, it turned out to be cooked with chicken. It is unclear how it could have been confused, because my order was the last in the queue. And the shrimp are visually different.
I had to throw it away, I'm hungry now.
Thank you Burger King for being attentive to your customers.

After the food court was closed in Galileo, it immediately became difficult to have an inexpensive, tasty and quick snack in the station area. Burger King removes this problem to some extent. Especially if you, like me, do not tolerate McDuck and kfc. :))

Burger King is like Burger King. The only thing is that the room is too small where you can sit down at the table and eat what you ordered at this catering point. In fact, many people take an order and eat it right on the chairs of the waiting room.
On the plus side, there is the possibility of online ordering and, while you are going up to the waiting room, they can actually cook it.

I ordered a shrimp roll with a double portion of jalapeno. As a result, not a single piece of pepper in the roll. Two rubles is not a lot of extra payment, yes, but somehow unpleasant.
And yes, dear BK, I could not "contact the manager" about negligence, since I took him on the road. Unfortunately, I can't turn the train back.

There is nothing good to say about this point at the station.Or I'm so unlucky.A couple of months ago, I ordered a child and myself.I took only cheesecakes for myself.I opened it and they 're frozen .I took it to be warmed up.A month ago, the same picture.Yesterday I ordered 4 cheesecakes and 5 cheese rings.I opened it and there were only 2 cheesecakes.The staff is very inconsiderate.Once again, I am convinced that this is where I will not go anymore.

There are usually two options. Either you wait 15 minutes for the order and risk missing the train (if you did not arrive in advance) and then you get a cold bun. Or they quickly give away a cold loaf. There are no other variations. I visited often, hoping that the staff had changed and everything had been fixed, but no. Now I've had another "delicious" meal and lost my nerves.
