We ordered a delivery set of 3 burgers, 3 large fries, 6 sauces, 6 strips and 3 drinks. Everything arrived cold, only the strips are hot. There are no onions in the containers at all, they are dry, it feels like only a bun and a cutlet, lettuce leaves with hard and thick stalks. French fries instead of large portions are small, the potatoes themselves are undercooked and cold, like ordinary boiled potatoes, it is not possible to eat, they all went into the trash. Instead of the cheese sauce, they put 2 curries, and they didn't even put one napkin. The service is just awful, the food is the same. The order was placed here for the first and last time. Yandex. Delivery left a comment about the order, but no response was received. Only with a personal visit to the institution, the issue of a refund was resolved.
2 months have passed, and the refund has not occurred, although it was promised in 3-7 business days.

It's the worst place I've ever seen...
To begin with, there was a puddle from the restroom to the front door, which it was impossible to pass by even just to place an order. Yes, close for an hour, put everything away, and reopen, what's the problem? Of the three screens, only one is working. The tables are not cleaned, everything is covered in crumbs and greasy stains. When the order was prepared, I had to wait five minutes to pick it up, because only one and a half people worked from the staff. I had to shout and call for at least someone to come out and give the order. + they didn't put any napkins, not a single one. Okay, that's fine.

immediately gave it to me, they replaced it. But. In such situations, Minsk always offers coffee or ice cream as an apology, and in this institution the staff was not even trained in a simple "we apologize".

If you compare it with all the BC points that I visited in Russia and Belarus, this is the worst. For us, the main disadvantage was that the drinks were not refilled, which surprised us very much. I don't know how it is in Belarus, but in Russia it is the standard. Even at a point in the very center of Moscow, you always get a drink.
