I ordered a pork rib kebab, 16p for 300g and two vegetable salads for 6 rubles. The girl who took the order was kind, it was nice. But when the order arrived, after unpacking it, I found that there were no salads, I called the courier back, he said that they were not given to him and he would be able to bring them in 40 minutes. Calling burum again, the girl said that the courier had already called her and they would bring everything. I agreed, after a couple of minutes the girl called back and said that the amount in the receipt was 35.70rubles, it was only for a kebab, since there were two servings with a total weight of not 600 g (as indicated in the menu 1 serving 300g) and the total weight for 2 servings was 620g... I was confused by the fact that for 600g on the menu 22p and for 620g it came out 35.70... But this is all nonsense, when I unwrapped the kebab, I was shocked, the meat is absolutely raw, from the word at all. A little bit of the skin was greased and everything was also mixed with hair, black, definitely not from the head, rather from the beard. I dialed burum again and demanded an administrator, THIS, the administrator, (allegedly) in broken Russian at first tried to prove that the meat was excellent and after all said "WELL, IF IT'S RAW, EAT WHAT IT IS", and hung up.. I have a question, what right do they have to communicate like this?? Who gives such a license??? I'm looking at them now, there are a lot of complaints about them. (I don't know why I didn't look at it right away)... What I want to tell customers is that I do not advise you to pay until you see what this institution has served you.....

The service seems to be normal, well, certainly not the slowest in the city. Shavukha is well on 4 with a huge minus. The meat is very over-dried, we could save it by applying the sauce directly to the meat, but the sauce is on one side, the meat is on the other, and since I can't cram it all into my mouth, I have to eat either dry meat with vegetables, or vegetables with sauce. Well, the price tag is too big.

We ordered shawarma by phone number, asked for a classic one, and add cheese sauce to the second one.

There is little sauce, the meat is tough. The price increases, but the quality deteriorates! If suddenly Employees or Owners read reviews, think about it, with this approach, the points will incur a loss.

I ordered a shawarma there....this is something with something, the whole family was sitting on the toilet, the meat was as dry as possible, the vegetables were clearly not the first freshness, the sauce was like water and garlic. In general, I do not advise ordering there. For this money, it's easier to do it yourself, and you'll be sure that you'll live to see the next day.

We ordered baked sushi with royal shrimp. Poisoned, severe intoxication and vomiting 2 hours after eating. I want to note that a large amount of mayonnaise, in which sushi floated, giving the impression that it is so necessary, juicy. Maybe the products are unsuccessful, maybe there is not enough processing, something else.. It's hard to say right now. We will not order any more.

We ordered 2 shaurmas, chicken and pork, the names were mixed up, and the meat felt like it wasn't fresh and it was just overcooked again, there was a lot of salad and little sauce
I don't say anything about rolls at all, I ordered a shrimp roll because I adore them, and as a result I got a baby inside, and everything else is a cucumber and a rotten avocado

I have not tried more terrible shawarma "burum". In addition to onions and sausage chopped in huge chunks and nobly flavored with mayonnaise, this product was not found! At the same time, the sausage is not the best used. In addition to nausea, this product did not cause anything else both for me and for colleagues (shawarma lovers), who were offered to taste "burum". Unfortunately, it is impossible to rate less than one star!!!
P. S. The product was prepared in 3 minutes, instead of the stated 12. Of course, such a "mess" can be wound up faster. The price is 7.5 rubles. for huge pieces of onion and sausage rolls of not the best quality and taste!!!

Брал сегодня (20.08.23) шаурму свиную на свиридова 13 . Шаурма ужастная мясо сухое соуса в самое шаурме почти нет скручена абы как , такое ощущение что просто пару раз пополам сложили. Лаваш резиновый.

На мой взгляд, самая вкусная едальня шаурмы в городе. Рекомендую заказывать заранее, чтобы потом сразу забрать готовое. Рядом небольшая парковка, всегда есть пару мест,чтобы остановиться. Среднее время ожидания 10-15 минут.

Хамство персонала, в куриной шаурме огурцы и помидоры огромными кусками, видимо вместо мяса, из за наклеек на витрине не видно самого процесса сборки шаурмы. Такое ощущение, что накрутили с утра, а потом холодную выдают .
