Everything is delicious for food, but there is a minus in the service, the cashier girl is apparently more passionate about the phone and communicating with the cook than work, the first time I got to her a few months ago, it was very difficult for her to distract from "business" correspondence, and today I got to her, the situation as a whole has not changed, everything is the same phone in his hands and zero reaction until he finishes.
Unfortunately, the terrible service spoils the impression of a good shawarma. Waiting time for an order is 25-30 minutes. Of course, no one warns about this in advance. But there's nothing terrible about it, there are a lot of orders, I understand. But after 25 minutes, I got the wrong order. And to my objection that I ordered another dish, the girl at the checkout told me: "Well, why didn't you look at the receipt?" The obligation to accept the order correctly, in my opinion, does not lie with the buyer. The girl actively argued that I had placed the wrong order. It all sounded like an attempt to tell me off. And the confusion with orders is solved very simply: before paying, it is enough for the cashier to repeat the customer's order and make sure that everyone heard each other correctly. Confusion in orders is not something unforgivable, it happens in all establishments, I perfectly understand the complexity of the work. But blatant rudeness is a way to lose customers. I don't need to be "licked from head to toe" like it happens in expensive restaurants. I definitely don't think the client is always right. Just say "good afternoon", "please", "thank you", "bon appetit". Unfortunately, I only heard reproaches from the girl at the checkout, even the money for the order, in her opinion, my friend put it wrong, because it was necessary to give the bill into her hand. Apparently, this is such an important detail that it had to be voiced.
Shawarma, by the way, is really good. There is enough meat, just enough pita bread, it is thin. The shawarma is perfectly rolled, it does not fall apart. The sauce in the shawarma, unfortunately, looks more like regular mayonnaise from the store than garlic sauce for shawarma. It is worth mentioning here that according to the feedback of a regular customer, just 2 days ago the sauce was different, more delicious. Perhaps the right sauce ran out and was replaced without warning with what it was. Even with this sauce, the shawarma is delicious.
I do not recommend this place, no delicious shawarma will bring back such a spoiled mood.
Shawarma with sausages, they made a shawarma for the child, the sausage was cheap, greasy, and the skins were not torn off, it's just awful, the sausage was cut into different sizes, not neatly, I thought there were hunting sausages, but it turned out to be cheap sausage with skins, the child almost vomited, I wanted to go back, put the shawarma on the table, unwrap and ask, is that you do you think you made a shawarma for a child? We have not seen this yet, the description says shawarma with tender sausage on coals, there was no smell of coals, it was a lie, disgusting!!!!
