I don't recommend using their services to anyone if you don't want problems. Absolutely boilerplate answers in technical support, boorish operators on the phone, a poorly functioning website and application. If you do buy a ticket from them, and then want to return it, then be prepared to be charged at least a third of the price for "just like that"
