But the website itself says that everything is fine with the climate control. At the same time, dispatchers communicate rudely with customers. The dispatcher did not respond to the request not to be rude or yell. When asked to do something with the air conditioner, the dispatcher replied: "you are getting a service, the bus is coming." According to this logic, people can be led in a cart) The flight attendant herself also spoke rudely to the passenger. Don't choose this company for the world. There are many other worthy carriers.
