On the one hand, some of the best houses we've been to. The houses are clean, regular cleaning. It's really only a few steps to the sea, we had 40 steps. It is a good territory, for families with pre-school children and younger schoolchildren there is a playground where children can play in the evenings. Peace and quiet, its own beach with a sufficient number of umbrellas and sun beds.
On the other hand, catering (breakfast). Administration, you need to think about this seriously. A small kitchen is a distribution, there is not much space under the tent, there are not enough tables during rush hour, and when the boss arrived, she began to swear that people were bringing breakfast to their house. And where should they carry it if there are no tables. Plus the monotonous food. It's really the same thing.

In general, it is good. It is quiet, cozy, the house is sound, the room is spacious enough and thoughtfully furnished, everything you need is there, cleaning is daily; the sea is clean, the beach area is organized, the beach is not very clean, but natural garbage (that the sea threw away), there is very little garbage from "civilization". Of the minuses, the breakfasts were frankly disappointed (cheap and overdue, which is strange for a region with a subsistence economy) and the difficulties in walking - there is no gentrified embankment, and there are 40-50 minutes by "goat" trails or 400 rubles. taxi to N.Athos... Now, having provided an "antidote" to the identified shortcomings, you can relax perfectly... for next year!

I have long wanted to get into these houses, I am delighted with their minimalist style.
I liked the hotel very much, everything is stylish, clean, tidy, the rooms are modern, beautiful dishes like in restaurants, even drinking water was in the room, which is also very pleasant and valuable, but the blanket is one and it is not convenient and the food for breakfast is monotonous, I would like a little tastier, there are not enough delicious pastries, fresh seasonal fruits there was sausage, porridge from a slow cooker, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurt in jars.

We had a rest at the Beach Hotel in early May with the children. I really liked it. A quiet and peaceful place for a family holiday, the rooms are cozy and clean, they have everything for a comfortable stay (refrigerator, kettle, cutlery and tea utensils, safe, air conditioning, TV). The furniture is all new. Rooms are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed. The breakfasts are gorgeous, varied, everyone ate, both adults and children. We had lunch and dinner at a nearby hotel (for a fee) or on excursions. The hotel is located close to New Athos and Gadaut. We took a taxi (300 rubles). I recommend it to everyone.

It's a good place. It was in July, the houses are fresh, well renovated, clean both in the rooms and on the territory. We stayed there for 5 nights, during which time the room was cleaned several times. You can rent sap boards, there is a cafe nearby (but I've never been there, I can't estimate it) it takes 5 minutes to get to New Athos by car. There is a good supermarket 10-15 minutes away, towards Gudauta.
I would not recommend to be particularly fastidious about breakfast food.

Perhaps the best place for this money to relax with a car in Abkhazia. You are given half a house on the beach. It is optimal if the company is large and occupies a house or several houses. The territory is closed, there is Parking, a shop with drinks, breakfasts. Without a car, the rest process will be difficult - you will have to order a taxi often. The houses are big. Half a house is conditionally enough for two adults and two children. In front of each house there is a small veranda for evening gatherings. I stopped by 01.09.24, I live and enjoy on 07.09.24 in the house 17/1. Excellent new hotel. Comfortable, quiet, by the sea. Everything is tasteful and sound. I can say one thing, if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is a great place.
Of the advantages, I want to highlight:
- clean and comfortable rooms
- wonderful location relative to the sea
- if you want to take a walk, you can go to New Athos (5-7 minutes away), where there is a lot of interesting things
- good breakfasts (keep in mind that this is not a five-star hotel for you)
The disadvantages are different for everyone, but I would note the fact that you can iron clothes only for money, if it is essential, then take travel irons, the beach is a large pebble, it is very difficult to go into the sea, take special slippers with you.
Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with this place. We will definitely come back.

The bathroom is also complete. the house itself has low noise permeability. cleaning is done often, it is possible on request. in general, the place is good, but the service is lame (the guys at the reception are young - they never said hello)) and there is still something to work on - the territory is rarely cleaned, there are a lot of garbage cans next to houses - I watched smelly herring and empty eggplants more than once, going out on the terrace in the morning, there was also a lot of garbage on the beach. the breakfasts are ordinary, boring - in the summer season, you can feed apples and plums...😏if you rest for more than a week, then the food is boring, but in general they will not leave you hungry.
You definitely won't get a secluded vacation - it's more like a family recreation center. In general, to finalize the nuances (tk hotel "molodoy") and there will be a solid 5.

We stayed at this hotel for a day, from 30 to 31.12.2024. Room 9/2. The sea is super, the beach is clean, even though it's out of season. We are staying here for the second time in a year! The place is very atmospheric, beautiful, with its own beach. The staff is polite. The guys are expanding the housing stock and will soon launch 20 more houses with a playground. 👍🏻
In my opinion, the only disadvantage is breakfast. It's very simple. Bread, sausage, cheese and more vegetables for small things. There is porridge and cereal. You won't starve, but you won't get a gastronomic orgasm either))

Having breakfast and waking up with a view of the sea is magical. If you are traveling with a company or a family with children, it makes sense to take beach games: frisbee, ball, soccer goal. The staff is very responsive, the service is unobtrusive. All our requests have always been answered. There was no dental kit in the five-star hotel, but there was one here, which is very nice. And a hair dryer is for girls))) A great place to relax not only in summer, but also in May and autumn. There is an air conditioner and a heater, it will not be cold. Near New Athos, where it is also interesting to walk, it is possible to book excursions on site. Thank you very much to the administrator for arranging the transfer from the airport, and to Fatima and Khurshet - a low bow for the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality! What are the disadvantages, the door to the bathroom did not close, the mechanism was broken during installation and we lived in an open door, well, it's good that this is not our honeymoon 😅😅
There is no staff, you will not find it. Upon arrival, we got through / got through. Cleaning was carried out 1 time in 5 days and then, they just threw out the garbage, towels and beauty things were not replaced. The breakfasts are monotonous, every day porridge, cereals and sausage with bread, there is nothing else.
In general, we are not picky and these disadvantages did not spoil our rest much.
But, to this hotel only by car! Otherwise, you will remain hostage to the hotel, as you can only go to the store, the nearest is 5 km away :)

We had a rest here with the children at the end of August, the hotel is new, stylish and clean rooms. There was a comfort room with a sea view, a very beautiful view, in the evening it was generally beautiful. The beach is right next to the house, there are very few people on it compared to Adler and Sirius, where we went after Abkhazia. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble, the water is clean. Own sun beds and umbrellas. The breakfasts are delicious (vegetables, fruits or yoghurts, porridge, cereals, sausage, cheese, sausages, boiled eggs, olives, tea, kefir, water with lemon, there is a coffee machine), always full. There is an open cafe with local cuisine nearby, and a dining room on the neighboring base. It is better to go by car, since the hotel is far from populated areas, far on foot. New Athos is a 15-minute drive away, there are many attractions. A great place to relax with children, beautiful nature. We really liked it, if it works out, we will definitely come again.

The house has everything you need to live in a hot climate, everything is working properly! The most important thing is that unlike the neighboring hotel "green terrace", our bathroom is really a room, yes it may seem ridiculous, but at the Beach hotel the bathroom is divided into zones, and not like the neighbors have a shower head over the toilet, and that's it. Special thanks for such a clean beach, always cleaned, well-groomed, the staff monitors for the cleanliness of the sea and the beach in general! Good afternoon. We rested in this hotel from 17.09 to 27.09.2023 . The hotel corresponds to all the pictures on the official website. Everything in the description is true: the sea is very close, the houses are cozy and large enough. Furniture, towels and bed linen are all new!
Cons that I really want to note:
1. They are very poorly cleaned, in 10 days we changed the towel and linen once, at our request. Room cleaning, just 2 points. If you continue like this, by the next summer season, all the rooms will be in poor condition.
2. The second minus is breakfast!!!! No, the breakfast itself-its assortment, suited us. Just enough to have a snack in the morning. BUT - the location itself, like a pavilion- which 4 people enter and that's it, you can't go in anymore. A constant queue, it is not very convenient and not pleasant to stand for coffee for 30 minutes....
I really hope that by next season, these issues will be resolved and people will be able to get a better service than there is now in this hotel. And actually, the service is there now, exactly for 2!

We rested at this hotel in the second half of August 2023, we chose it primarily because of the maximum proximity to the sea, we have not had such a holiday yet.

The availability of sun beds and umbrellas, they are available in sufficient quantity, there is no need to fight for them with neighbors. Finishing, renovation, room equipment, done perfectly, of high quality, filled with high-quality furniture. Responsive administration, I learned everything I needed before checking in, plus I was checked in a little ahead of time, when the room was ready, which is very nice.
A separate plus is the payment by card at the terminal.

In fact, there is everything to relax with pleasure and get the most of the sea as a product.
I would not write about the disadvantages if it were not for the high price tag, the comfort room cost us more than 10 thousand, so I will find fault. Most of all, the breakfasts were disappointed, they are really bad, some things like rice porridge run out quickly, the choice is really not big and if you don't like sandwiches with bad sausage, oatmeal or cereal, then you can stay hungry, but there are beach bags of 75 rubles, it's terrible. The beach is poorly cleaned, garbage sometimes comes from the sea, and if a large one can be removed in a few days, then a small one is not cleaned, in addition, an urn on the beach filled with bottles was cleaned for 3 days, not seriously. Well, the lack of infrastructure is nearby, there is a small shop, in the same place where they serve breakfast, but the choice is very small, beer, yes chip, well, at least they accept cards. You need to go to a normal store in New Athos. By car 5 minutes
You can eat nearby at a beach cafe, and dance there... But the menu there is expected to be small, and there is not even half of it yet, in fact only shish kebab, yes khachapur, but tasty and not very expensive, although cash payment. The neighboring hotel has a Green terrace, there is a restaurant, there is also a small menu, too, half of everything is not available, but it is comfortable, and cool music and view, but they accept cards for payment.
Maybe we'll come back here, I really enjoyed relaxing right on the beach, so I hope that some minor flaws will be corrected.

We booked the house 4 months in advance. We arrived at the place, but there was no one there. Just the service - 0. I had to look for a place to check in at 8 pm, because there is no reception, and in general there is no, all the houses have passed. There were a couple of settled drinkers and that was it. It's not customer-oriented at all. Quiet horror. I don't want anyone to be left without a connection and without a number in a strange place and in such a situation.

Your vacation will take place at a construction site, several houses are really completed and inhabited by vacationers, but this is no more than 30%. The smell of oil paint and the endless sound of electric and gasoline equipment interrupts the smell and noise of the sea. There is no equipped parking, the car will be abandoned along the railway.
