Awful service, they overcharged me, for half million,insteaf of 50k they charged 500k!!!! NOBODY ever called to apologize, courier entered wrong amount and was proudly saying thats not a problem, we will return this money! oh really? of course you will, but instead of apologising and try to do something to somehow correct the situation, I had to call to call center for days and asking when and what? NOT EVEN A SINGLE call from their side!

I've been waiting for an order for 4 hours instead of 1.5 hours. At the same time, no one called me back and did not warn me about such a delay, did not apologize, did not offer to cancel the order. By the way, the order cannot be canceled on the website either. It just hangs in the accepted status. I called them three times myself, somehow got through, in the end it turned out that the courier went to pick up the products only 3 hours after registration on the website. 4 o'clock - this has never happened to me even at the very moment of the birth of deliveries, it's just a tin can. By the way, the order has not yet been delivered at the time of writing the review. At the same time, I live in the very center. The order was placed when there weren't even any traffic jams.
