A wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms, a very interesting courtyard with a restaurant right by the pond, in the garden. Delicious breakfast, a lot of different snacks. I recommend.
The location is along the road, but not very close to the center. The courtyard is decorated with a fountain in the form of a small castle with waterfalls, an artificial pond in the center, a small pier in the form of a boat in the decor - children like a lot of music in the evening, prices are moderate - this is one of the advantages. The tables are often dusty, the waiters fuss, but they serve for a long time, they are not attentive, some parts of the order were not delivered at all, but they were included in the bill, upon detection, however, they had to wait until the waiter waited for the manager, that cashier, and that someone else to return the excess money on the account. In general, if they develop the service and improve the work of the cook, it will be good
We fled to sunny Samarkand for the cold May holidays, hastily chose a hotel and did not regret it at all. They were very good-naturedly accepted, settled in earlier, as soon as the room was prepared. The hotel's furniture and plumbing are new, all only after renovation. Breakfast has everything your heart desires and porridges and omelets and pastries. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a very tasty lamb kebab. There is a tram stop near the hotel, which will take you to Registan Square. In general, everything is great. I recommend both the hotel and Samarkand to everyone)))
We were in early June. Heat. Firstly, the elevator is too small. The room was not ventilated. We wanted to take a shower right away. I had to wait 20 minutes because there was no soap, shampoo, or gel in the shower. The dispensers are empty. The hotel is located by the road and the noise from the cars was very loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night. In general, there is no sound insulation. Dinner in the restaurant is not so good either. The kebab was very hard. And ground generally has a smell. Breakfast buffet. Horror. I would be ashamed to bring foreign guests there.
The hotel, the service is all excellent. Of course, there is still something to work on, for example, to learn how to cook porridge))) but in general it is worthy
A good family restaurant. Delicious cuisine. There are places both outdoors and indoors. There is music and a dance floor, there is a fountain on the street and many places for a photo shoot
Everything is fine👌 The service is at the highest level, personally I stayed in a very good mood👍 I advise you to visit the Buyuk Humo hotel too!!👍👍👌👌🤝🤝
Terrible hotel, rude staff! I left the hotel a day later, despite the fact that we stayed with the group. I have never met such rude treatment in Samarkand while working as a journalist.
Service - zero!
The service is very slow. We had a 9th grade graduation there. We arrived with the tables not set. Although we asked that everything be covered by our arrival. There was only 1 waiter for 35 people (2 tables, parents and children). The music failed too.

A normal good establishment, the service is slow. The food is delicious and appetising. The music was too loud. The assortment is large. A cozy place to spend your summer holidays.
A good hotel, everything is there, clean, friendly staff, close to the train station and to the city center, in principle I liked everything))) I recommend it to everyone
