Excellent location, next to Galata Tower. Within walking distance of Istiklal, metro station, migros and Bosphorus) good breakfasts.
There was a question about the number, they settled in some kind of basement without a window, with a door behind the glass of which there is a staircase with building materials. The darkness is complete. In Istanbul, a room without a window is considered economy class. I had a standard and of course I was not satisfied to live in such a basement. The hotel staff did not go to the meeting, saying that the hotel was overcrowded. The tour operator solved the issue in a day. They moved into a great room, even a two-room one.
The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. Questions for the reception staff )
In general, there were no questions about the hotel after the relocation.
I leave a photo of the room without a window and a photo of the room in which they moved.
The hotel is small and unpretentious. But the main advantage of this hotel is the price-quality ratio. It is located in the center of the old city, near the metro and the Galata Tower and the pedestrian street and the bridge with restaurants, and the port and piers, from where pleasure boats depart. And cafes, restaurants, shawarma and everything nearby. The streets are all atmospheric. The service at the hotel is excellent, daily cleaning and high-quality!!! At the reception they always go to a meeting and fulfill all requests and help. By the way, the administrator speaks excellent Russian. On the ground floor there is a minimarket with affordable prices and a cafe. We didn't go to the cafe, I don't know. The bathroom is really small, but the shower is 90*90, quite normal. I didn't feel any special inconveniences, maybe I would like a bigger sink, probably. In general, I definitely recommend it for this price. I booked on booking, using a Russian Visa card, with payment upon arrival.
The hotel as a whole is on a solid 4+.
Helpful staff, fairly clean room and high-quality cleaning daily
Yes, the bathroom is tired, a very small bathroom, but the good thing is that it is clean, it saves the whole situation)
I am glad that there were breakfasts. They are good in terms of level. Special thanks to Rosa and Sevginur for their kindness and good mood every morning)
Of interest, the hotel is located next to the mosque)) This allows you to get into the local culture, especially at 4.40 am :)
Convenient location - near the metro, Istiklal street, going down you can get to the ferry stations and tram T1.
The hotel is located on a quiet street, there is no noise in the evenings. I can hear the Azan, but it doesn't bother me, I'm used to it, having lived in Turkey for a long time.
The breakfasts are varied, you will not stay hungry. Just be careful, putting food on the outdoor terrace and going for tea, you may find that a seagull is eating the food.
The rooms are spacious, clean, everything is as in the photos. The bathroom is a little tired, but everything is clean, there is no leak anywhere and a nice spacious shower stall.
Cleaning is done conscientiously, towels are changed, shampoos and soaps are replenished, as well as drinking water.
The staff is friendly.
For all our visits to Istanbul, as a tourist, this is the best hotel where we stayed. Expectation and reality are 100%. I boldly recommend the hotel for booking!
Advantages: location, grocery store in the hotel building, spacious room, friendly staff and wonderful host, daily cleaning and change of towels
Cons: audibility in the rooms, a small bathroom, water supply and shower accessories are not replenished daily
I will write in more detail so that the guests of the hotel can form their opinion for choosing or not choosing this hotel.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from Galata Tower. A quiet street at night and busy during the day. There are tram, metro, ferry stations nearby.
The hotel has 8 floors. Of these, the 1st floor is the reception and the 8th floor is a restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus and the beauty of the Fatih area.
The rooms are spacious, BUT the bathroom is a disaster. If you are overweight, then unfortunately you will not be able to enter this space.
Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the windows. Our room overlooks the Bosphorus and the mosque. Of course, namaz is sometimes heard in such a way that you shudder, but this is the specifics of the country. Strong audibility in the rooms. If the neighbors are talking at night, it feels like the conversation is in your room.
Breakfast is absolutely normal. I would especially like to note that breakfast is served to each guest individually by the hotel owner himself. He is very polite and friendly to everyone. He tries to take into account the wishes. Everything is delicious and with a soul. The internet is working well. We didn't find any Russian channels on TV, well, that's good - we didn't come to watch TV.
My score is 4, but I would come back here.
The hotel has a good location of 5min. to Galata Tower, 10min to Istiklal street. The hotels have comfortable rooms, the breakfasts on the roof of the hotel are also excellent, everything is delicious. The service is at the highest level. The price category of the rooms is not too high.
The hotel has an excellent location. Breakfasts are normal. You won't stay hungry. The room is relatively clean, but slightly tired. Water was added every day. The air conditioner was not working. They opened the balcony. The room was booked as a double room with separate beds. They gave me a triple room. I recommend.
This is the most creepy hotel and service!
I'll tell you: we checked in, the room key did not work 4 times, it never worked, the breakfast was terrible, I felt bad throughout the day and stayed in the room all day, the staff came into the room with their keys as they wanted, and only when they saw that the room was not empty they left, plugging into the outlet of the hair dryer the whole floor turned off, then the repair work began, and it was not possible to sleep, the constant sound of a drill accompanied it, the toilet did not work, it did not flush, breakfast was very meager!
The hotel has a very good location, 2 minutes to the Galata Tower. Friendly staff, meager breakfasts, simple rooms.

The stars are only for the location of the hotel, the breakfasts are mediocre, the air conditioner did not work 3 days out of 7, in the summer it turned out to be critical, the refrigerator did not work, the kettle too, very strange service, a tiny room 2 * 2 meters, but near the metro - walk 200 meters, and a cool embankment, that's all)
Very polite staff, pleasant rooms and a beautiful view of the city

The rooms are very tired, all the plumbing is barely breathing, the bathroom is very small. They put us in a room with a broken shower and did not want to change the room either, and the price is not the most democratic, it is located in the dirty corners of Beyoglu
It's very damp, breakfast is normal! The price is too high! The rooms are old , the bathroom is without comments(((
