We spent one night in this hotel, in general - a good hotel. It seemed strange that all drinks for dinner in the evening were only for a fee (even water, tea or coffee), well, shoe prints were found on the floor in our room upon arrival, which is not very pleasant.
Half of the food, which is supposed to be hot or at least warm, turned out to be cold. Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms, as there is not enough power and I had to go out into the hall. The room is good, there are no complaints.
The hotel, in principle, pulls three stars, no more. Everything looks civil at first glance. Everything is covered in greasy fingerprints. There are dirty prints on all the towels, it's not clear what. The toilet was very clean. Drinks on the tables are free, mini bar is paid. Drinks are paid for at dinner. The pastel is surprisingly clean. The TV is working, the channels are showing. Their shower doesn't work like shit, water flows everywhere, just not where it's needed. Their food is delicious, which naturally left a good impression.
We were told that the hotel is 5 stars. We checked into it from a travel agency, because there was an excursion to Cappadocia. By the way, if you want to watch the balls in the off-season, then watch the weather in advance. Because we never saw the balloons (and we only found out about it when we arrived here.
As for the hotel itself. I don't understand why there are 5 stars here. The bathroom has a leaky shower stall. The whole floor is wet. I almost fell over because of it. The shower itself was broken and the shower head was not attached to the wall. Wi-Fi catches only at the reception. Drinks for dinner are paid. Free tea/coffee for breakfast. The audibility is strong. Prices are expensive for all services. There was a price on the table in the room and everything was wet under it. The choice of food is very small and not tasty. A complete disappointment.
Well, in general, everything is not bad at the hotel, but my husband's T-shirt was ruined. They were given to the laundry, returned with bleach stains (where they got it, they probably don't use it anymore). They did not swear and present it, because they noticed it already before departure, but the sediment remained.
The hotel seems to be good, but of average quality
There are a lot of people, all for one night ...
There is no Internet...
The food is good but everything else is paid, the bar is cold and even drinks in the restaurant!!! This is generally wild!
I would like to go to this place again... Not when in life !!
The guide is a complete zero!! He dragged us around for 18 hours where the hell !!
A cozy hotel. The room has everything you need, including slippers. There is a souvenir shop. There is a bar. A decent menu in the restaurant. It's a shame that it's a very long way to the nearest "world" of shops and cafes. And so a great hotel
We stayed for 1 night. The hotel is used as an overnight stay for a balloon flight. There are a lot of people. It's good that there was enough food for everyone at dinner, although we had to talk a lot.
The hotel is atmospheric, the food is excellent. The room has everything you need. The Internet is normal. There were no problems. Cons: cold pool and worn-out plumbing.
I stayed for a day. The room is clean, everything is in working order. Slippers, hygiene products, clean towels are available. A wonderful varied dinner and breakfast! Friendly and tidy staff!
Nice rooms. Very tasty and varied food. We stayed with an excursion tour for one night in 20m. There were no complaints. The only thing is that there were queues at the restaurant because the buffet was served.
A good 4-star hotel, the room was on the ground floor, with a balcony, everything worked properly in the room, a slightly dirty toilet (rust), but not critical, there was a kettle, mugs (plus instant tea and coffee), refrigerator, excellent dinners and breakfasts, a wide variety of food, there is a lobby the bar, the Internet didn't always work, but that's because of the large number of visitors
We stayed for one night, the room was dark, the furniture was old, the lamp on the ceiling shone dimly, the floor lamp did not work, it lit up only when the cord was pulled, the plumbing worked in the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel were provided, the bed linen was clean ironed, in the dining room the tables are very close to each other, it was inconvenient to walk, it was possible to to remove (there were not many guests, the month was the end of October), wi-fi did not figure out what to connect to, because the search gives out several addresses.
A good hotel!) The first time, however, I saw a bonfire burning in a barrel on the street in the evening) I helped out a lot, because it was very cold outside. The rooms are cozy and the restaurant is not bad)
The hotel was immediately renovated. During the settlement, there was whitewashing in some places. But everything was promptly eliminated. I am very satisfied with the comfort of the room. The kitchen too. I recommend...
Not the coolest place in Cappadocia. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby of the hotel, poor food selection and tired rooms. Otherwise, it seems to be a normal hotel

Excellent hotel in Cappadocia, solid four stars. We stayed here overnight as part of a bus tour. Everything is on the level, both rooms and meals.

Very loud air conditioners / generators, if the windows on the 1st floor overlook them, then it is uncomfortable. The mattresses are disgusting, we were very afraid to fall off them. But in general, for 1 night it is quite good. I liked the food, it is enough and delicious. The queues are impressive
