We saw the lowest price for headphones (Mi True Wireless Basics) in this store on the online store and decided to purchase it. The goods were not properly inspected at the time of purchase, due to the rush, they paid and left. And what did we find when examining the product closer?.. Under the guise of new headphones, they sold us frankly used goods! (photo attached) I had to go back. In response to the claim, the seller tried to prove that the headphones were new by offering several of the same "new" ones in return) By the way, the receipt was not issued, the warranty card was not filled in. Fortunately, they returned the money and took their "new" product without any problems. I highly recommend not contacting this store. It's a pity for the time and nerves spent.

Not a high-quality product, not pleasant communication. I do not know how things are with other products from this seller, but it is better to look for batteries in other companies. Judging by previous reviews, there is no decent replacement for your old battery here at all. Besides, this is not the worst thing. The most interesting thing begins after you try to exchange or return the product. Mr. IP Tereshkov tries in every possible way to justify himself and avoid responsibility for the goods sold. You will not be able to fulfill at least one point of the warranty obligations. If you charged the battery with the original charger and replaced it at the service center, he will say that your charge controller is not working properly or the software is not in order. The battery should be stored with about half a charge, but the one I purchased was completely discharged. After several charge and discharge cycles, it held the capacity for no more than 18 minutes and did not hold the load, i.e. the phone turned off even when called. After replacing it with another one, the seller warned me that if you change it yourself, you can no longer come with claims. By the way, the seller himself determines the quality and charge level of the battery with a vintage voltmeter! The second option was also discharged to two percent, but turned out to be more resilient, at least it holds the load. But the capacity still does not reach the level of a new battery, even a copy, about two hours of intensive use. In general, I had to buy a Power bank. Read all the reviews and draw conclusions. And I would advise Denis Nikolaevich to change his business strategy, no matter how the control purchase came to visit;)

I ordered a battery, it turned out to be available. I arrived, put it on the phone immediately on the old one. But it didn't turn on, they tried to charge it - nothing. The girl opened another new accum, but nothing with it either. So for a while we were engaged in whistling with three accumulators and a charger. As a result, they began to sin on the phone and the battery connector. The lady did not take the money from me, but sent it to the repairman around the corner. He fixed everything for me on the spot. Thank you to the girl for her honesty and decency. 10/10 accumulators

A terrible service based on threats to customers. If you are trying to refund money for a faulty battery under warranty, then the circus begins. First, you are asked to bring the original charger from your device. Then they start threatening that even if the charger is original, they will still check the battery and if the battery was charged from an unoriginal device, they will bill the court for transporting the battery and checking it! Despite the fact that the seller (as I understand it, the owner of this circus) then mentioned that he could check the battery himself. When I asked him, what would he sue me for then? He said that his job costs $35 per hour))). They say that an audio recording is being made to the ATC server to which they have direct access). In general, their default client is to blame. Why do all this if you're doing so well? I suspect that they are just selling burnt batteries, and they have a lot of returns of defective goods. In general, just don't mess with them.
