Perhaps the cuisine here is delicious. But they could not accommodate us in an empty restaurant :)
On Saturday, 09/28/24, in the evening they came with a company of 4 people. The waiter girl said to sit at any table and went to get the menu. We chose a comfortable table for us, 2 small ones were shifted there.
When the girl returned, she said that this table was for a company of 6 people) And she offered to move. To my remark that they literally have no one but us, the girl said that if the company came, there would be nowhere to place it.
Well, that's fine. According to the manager, small tables are suitable for a company of 4 people, it is absolutely impossible to occupy large ones. We have not received any offers, such as moving tables or placing ourselves inside.
Fortunately, the place is tourist and we found a cool and delicious place nearby)
Probably, managers should reconsider their policy and be more loyal to visitors :)

We decided to eat. We order dorado- no. There is no second fish! I ask ironically, is there any lasagna?) The answer is no)) The menu says Mediterranean Food Restaurant.
It's a pity we didn't walk further than 100 meters, there are restaurants full. There's probably food there.
In general, I think such reviews will make your restaurant better. Otherwise, the management will not see it.…

I do not know what is happening in Minsk and why the service in restaurants suffers so much, but this restaurant also disappointed. I ordered soup and salad with arugula, shrimp and mustard dressing. While chatting, I got carried away with the salad, forgetting that I ordered not a Greek salad (iceberg, tomatoes, feta, lemon butter dressing), but a salad with shrimp. Yes, there were shrimps, I did not immediately attach importance, towards the end I realized that I had been deceived. To my question to the waitress: "why is that?" She went to the cook and said, "That's it." . No apologies, but only a reproach that I have already started eating salad. I'm sorry, I came to relax, I've been on excursions all day and they didn't give me what I ordered. The conversation with the administrator did not bring any result. Although I was ready to accept at least an apology. But they did not follow and there was already a principle. Although this woman with low qualifications and a completely unfriendly expression to all visitors (my observation before the conflict) tried to accuse us of fraud. That is, they gave me something that I didn't order and we are scammers? Well, thanks for not having a pollock tail. The situation reached the owner (as I understood by his volitional decision) and the cost of the salad was excluded from the bill. There are two stars for this, not one.

Half of the menu items were not available (light beer, water without gas, refrigerator, beef shawarma)
I ordered myself a chicken shawarma in lavash, and a chicken kebab for the child - they brought the same thing almost, with French fries, salad, pickled cucumbers and sauce, the only difference was the presence of lavash

A wonderful place in the center of Minsk. Delicious food. Clean, neat. Pavel's lovely employee is a great fellow. I did not put the "five" because of the high cost and quite a long service. And so a good place.

Good: waitress, beautiful terrace
The bad thing: absolutely no coffee, it feels like they spared the grains or something else. The food is +-, the price tag is above average, and the taste and choice are below average.

После прогулки по вечернему Минску решили перекусить. Оказалось, что найти место в кафе или ресторане на центральных улицах города не так то просто. Свернули чуть в сторону, увидели кафе, где была не полная посадка. Не глядя к какой кухне мира относится кафе, сели за столик. Подошла очень милая девушка, принесла меню. Оказалось, что кухня ливанская. И кто бы мог подумать, что будут такие большие порции и так вкусно! Говядина нежнейшая, в салате всё свежее. Мы остались довольны ужином.
Цены чуть выше, чем в тех же Васильках, о которых все говорят, но на мой взгляд всё на уровне. И чисто, самое то главное) Столы чистые, на летней веранде чисто, туалет чистый. Ещё и вечерняя подсветка приятная.

On February 28, neither one nor the other cafe was impressed! The salmon salad was disgusting. Instead of salmon, some kind of salty trim of frozen pink salmon. Terribly tough. Avocado is not ripe. The pitch is terrible. Nevertheless, nevertheless, on February 23rd, the same salad was so delicious!!! Respect to the chef!!!!

We liked the lentil soup - lemon was served very conveniently :)
Lemonades of different flavors helped to transfer the heat.
The Tabuli salad was a little too salty, unfortunately.

Скажу честно, еврейскую кухню оценил не сразу :) "Зашло" только со второй-третьей попытки. Поначалу показалось что не хватает оригинальности, состав блюд похож на беларускую кухню и фастфуд, ну чем там можно удивить? Оказалось, можно - из картошки, мяса и специй оказывается можно создавать весьма интересные, неизбитые вкусовые сочетания (фахита, хумус экстра мм) :) Теперь заведение прочно вошло в список любимых.

Уютный ресторанчик с ливанской кухней. Приветливый персонал и очень вкусный кофе. Есть внешние веранды, так что вечером можно спокойно посидеть и попить чаю.
Кроме летней веранды есть и внутреннее помещение. Разделение на отдельные комнатки со столами отсутствует.

Как говорят «библос уже не тот»))). В тех «библосах», которые мы раньше знали, были огромные порции вкуснейшей еды…до сих пор вспоминаю… кормили там от души. А сейчас тут главное не сытый клиент, а маркетинг… Сходить можно, но того, чем славна была предыдущая сеть, уже нет…
