On March 8, almost wilted flowers were delivered. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I have never received flowers of such quality from any flower shop. We will never order anything there again.

On March 9, a large order was placed for the delivery of purple roses and fruits. They were delivered on time, but on the second day the flowers completely withered, the leaves curled up, and if you squeeze them, they crumbled into dust. The recipient was completely disappointed.
We contacted the seller, even sent them photos of flowers.
Here is their answer:"Unfortunately, roses with flowers that do not exist in nature (purple, blue, black, etc.) do not have great durability and are more designed for a wow effect." We have not found such information anywhere on the Internet. We are extremely disappointed and will not deal with them anymore.
