I called the service center in early June, hoping for the promised promptness. I was warned that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the master. This is absurd in itself, but I agreed, since the heat was expected only in July, and they are, after all, an authorized Samsung brand center, so I did not expect a trick from them. But even after 3 weeks, no one came! Every time I called the center, they told me that the master was busy and would arrive as soon as he was free. We have never announced specific deadlines.
Finally, after almost 4 weeks, the master deigned to come. He said that he needed to prepare the room, disassemble the closet, etc., after which he left without answering the question when he would return. The master said he would call himself. I took everything apart in 10 minutes, and as a result, it became impossible to stay in the room. What kind of mockery is this?
Another week passed, and the master did not call. I called him myself, and he replied that he did not know when he would arrive, since there were a lot of applications and he could not be expected this week. Are you serious? What is this all about?!
