Dear colleagues, if you have received a request for a mailbox, it should be answered within a day. If your specialist has left for good, then you can set up an answering machine, that some specialist will perform the translation, and provide contacts... I can understand if you haven't done this, but when a specialist says when you call that you can go anywhere, it's very difficult to understand this style of business.
