They barely move. They go back and forth in a ramshackle place and they can take one person for an hour. They can't do anything the first time: this piece of paper was not enough, the next time this one, the third time another one. Polotsk finds their shoals every time, and for some reason I have to suffer. It is not a pleasure for me to drive 200 km in one direction! I'm not able to do everything right right away.
