Ozon не захотел возвращать деньги за товар который сломался на гарантии. И единственное что они предлагали это сделать товароведческую экспертизу, за которую обещали вернуть деньги.
Позвонил в бюро, четко объяснили что делать, сразу появилось уверенность в данной операции. По итогу экспертиза было готова, приложены все необходимые документы, у ozon вопросов не возникло дополнительных, приняли товар на возврат, вернули деньги за экспертизу.
Если готовы поставить маркетплейс на место, то рекомендую.

Доступно объяснили и показали на косяки обуви, сделали полное описание брака. Магазин Экко вернул деньги за некачественную асимметричную обувь без вопросов. Рекомендую.
