After visiting the exhibition of paintings, we were impressed for a long time. Wonderful works by Belarusian and Russian artists. There are wonderful exhibits in the hall dedicated to the history of the collegium. The audio guide helped us to get acquainted with the exposition. The beautiful icons from the ancient temple will remain in our memory for a long time. I advise everyone to visit this museum. The museum's caretakers are very polite and attentive. Admission is free for the disabled.
The cultural center of the city, with interesting buildings, a century-old bridge and a mill wheel. There is a free folk workshop for everyone in this complex. We went in as a family, we thought at first that we had gone to a gift shop. My eyes wandered away from the beautiful crafts. An employee of the workshop met us (it was a pity they didn't recognize the name) and, after spending some of her time, took us through the classrooms with a short tour.
In addition to its historical value, it is attracted by its location, between two rivers of the city. There is a park and other infrastructure nearby. It was not for nothing that it was a holy place in the city. Now there is a rich children's library and a cultural department of the Orsha District operating inside the building.
But the clock at the town hall is not working properly - not all dials show the exact time, be careful!
A small interesting museum. I visited the museum in January 2025. I managed to see 2 halls and 2 exhibitions of paintings in the corridor. I liked the history room and the temporary Adam and Eve exhibition, as well as an exhibition of paintings for the visually impaired. The museum and the cloakroom are staffed by polite, helpful staff.
Now there is an art gallery named after Gromyko, where various exhibitions, meetings and holidays are held, such as a night at the Museum. You can go and get a lot of positive emotions. Nearby, in the next building, there is a Craft House. Wonderful, creative people work there, from whom you can learn a lot. Dowsing, pottery, embroidery of various interesting, beadwork and jewelry made of stones, pechwork and other types of crafts. It's just a storehouse. Even just going there is worth it! You can buy yourself something you like there, and there are a lot of interesting things there. Well, there is a cafe, which is not bad.
I was nearby, there used to be a prison. How many people were injured. I can't even imagine, but it's a cultural place right now. They also opened the coffee. At all times, there are dances on the bones. Maybe he's wrong, but that's how I see it.
An excellent complex of needlework. Children's library. The Gromyk Woodcarver Museum. Built-in restaurant or cafe.
But I don't like the Jesuits. The central square... Concerts could take place nearby. Maybe they do... But since I do not know about them, it means that they are not those who are not popular artists.
And so, of course, it's nice that we have such a beautiful center in our city. And this building is rightfully central in the city.
It is a very beautiful building, especially I like to admire it at night. It looks very mysterious. The most beautiful place in Orsha. There is a cafe inside.
We came in winter with the children during a walk. Combined with a visit to the Museum of Entertaining Sciences "Experimentus". We warmed up and had an interesting time.
This is the most popular attraction in the city of Orsha. As far as I know, it used to be a prison and until 2008, more precisely, before "Dozhinok" (the holiday of the village workers), it was not particularly restored.
A beautiful place is a must-visit. We looked at the museum on the 2nd floor - very informative and interesting. The building itself is very impressive!!!
It is very nice that such an ancient place has been restored.I advise everyone to visit, I was with my family more than once, I take all visiting friends on a guided tour.I am delighted with this place.
The historic building is kept clean, unfortunately it was not possible to go inside, there is a cafe in the building.
Probably one of the main attractions of Orsha.
An interesting place. If you consider that there was a prison there for a hundred years....
And now a museum. The Art Gallery named after Gromyko.Exhibitions are constantly held. The experience of holding the "Night of Museums" is very successful.
The inspection of the exposition is only with a guided tour, otherwise it is not interesting.
We took a guided tour. The girl guide (unfortunately, I forgot her name) told me an incredibly interesting story. The history of the collegium is, of course, very impressive in itself.
The place is interesting: sinister and exciting at the same time. With a good guide, you can stay for a long time, as these walls keep many secrets) The ceilings are beautiful! I couldn't take my eyes off the ceilings, arches, and unusual antique walls. And I remembered my favorite exhibit made of wood in the form of an alien for a long time. I recommend you to visit!
Interesting! But the author does not finish! The former collegium, the former monastery, the former prison and many other former things! In general, anyone interested in the history of the Orsha region, I advise you to read Yershov's books.
A wonderful landmark with a rich history. From the ghost of the black monk, bloody stories about former casemates to the bright halls of the art gallery
It's beautiful outside, but it's not clear if it's possible to get inside and how. There is a half-dead cafe in one door, some kind of government office in the other, and a sign on the third that says "No trespassing". In general, if I hadn't stopped by, I would have lost a little. It was just on the way.
