I want to thank the dry cleaning staff for the excellent result of their work. I recently dry-cleaned Alexandrov's evening dress, which was damaged at a corporate party) I thought that the stain from the salad would not go away and I was very upset. We gave the winter coat to this dry cleaner and were extremely disappointed. Deadlines were delayed. When the coat was finally delivered to the pick-up point, no notification or SMS about readiness came. I had to call and clarify on my own, although the thing was already hanging ready.
But that's not the worst part. When the coat was finally taken away, it turned out that the sintepon inside was completely knocked down. It feels like the thing has just been ruined. Now it's not a winter coat anymore, but some kind of rag without insulation.
We do not recommend this dry cleaning service. If you value your belongings and nerves, it's better to choose another place!
