I am a regular customer of this item. In principle, services are provided with high quality, but also for a lot of money. But that's okay.
Unfortunately, the issue of administration suffers, so I'm making this assessment. There was already a question once when I handed over the shoes to the manual dry cleaner and the new receptionist girl said that they would be ready within 4 calendar days. I was surprised that it happened so quickly, and in fact it turned out that it was 15 calendar days. The administrator who works for them on a regular basis apologized and accelerated the process. Thank her very much for that.
However, today there was another incident. 2.5 weeks ago, I also took my sneakers to the manual dry cleaning and the deadline was 15.04. No one contacted me that day. 16.04 after lunch, I dialed the number and the girl informed me that "after 5 pm today you can come and pick up your sneakers. They have already arrived."
6.04 - it was Friday, I didn't have time to arrive. That's why I came today. And this, for a moment, is 04/19. And a girl there (apparently, another new administrator) says to me - oh, this is an order on the 15th. We had shoals with delivery on that date. He hasn't arrived yet.
I say - I got a call on Friday and was told (by you) that you can come and pick up on Friday. To which she replies to me - excuse me, I will check with the courier if she will bring it today. I ask, can't he drive past me? I work at a nearby business center. No, the girl answers. After 2 hours, he calls and says, well, come. Well..Thank you, it's called.
And here's the question, actually - why can't we check all the other orders for April 15, if there have already been precedents with non-delivery of several? And not to drive the client to pick up what did not arrive, who had previously paid 42 rubles for the clean?
