I took my coat to the dry cleaners, there were no special expectations, since the experience with previous dry cleaners was not very pleasant. But the C&D staff pleasantly surprised me, firstly, the material in the problem areas (sleeves and pockets) was absolutely not damaged and looked like new. I would also like to mention the administrator Svetlana, a very pleasant and friendly woman, explained and consulted everything in detail, and most importantly, did not cheat with the deadlines)) I will continue to use the services of this dry cleaner

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the dry cleaning staff for their high-quality work and attentive attitude to customers. I took a white winter jacket and a black demi-season coat to the dry cleaners. The cost is quite high, but it seems like I got 2 new things. I am very pleased. I recommend it to everyone.

I gave a white eco-leather jacket to the chemist. I was warned beforehand that in some places the material might peel off or turn red from black lightning, but I decided to take a chance. And what was my surprise when I saw the perfect result. Nothing has deteriorated anywhere, on the contrary, in some places even the stains from clothes have gone away (although it is quite difficult to remove them from eco-leather), the lining has been cleaned. And also, they have a nice promotion now (all June) - dry cleaning from 2 units of outerwear at a discount, so I also handed over a coat!) I have been using this dry cleaner for many years - everything is perfect. I recommend it!!!!

Clothing repairs should be considered purely as a quick repair of clothes and something elementary like shortening the length of trousers.
I gave the down jacket for hemming at the seam - everything is fine.
I came to sew a dress - it's terrible. I paid twice, because they didn't hear me, but they understood what was required the first time. And I would even turn a blind eye to this, because at the first fitting it was clear that this master was not about "making you beautiful", but about "doing basic things on a typewriter".
The worst thing is that my dress was ruined. I didn't notice it right away, but there were threads sticking out along the seam near the zipper, and upon examination it turned out to be a hole. They charged me exorbitantly, ruined my dress and didn't say anything.
Already wearing it to the event, I saw that it was crooked and oblique. Everything sticks out in folds everywhere. I turned it inside out, and there is a difference in the width of the sides 2-3 cm.
