I periodically use the services of this dry cleaner, but I only took clothes there. By chance, I heard from another client that it is possible to take shoes for cleaning. I just had ankle boots at home that I couldn't throw away, because it was difficult to get my feet wet in them + my feet never froze, but it was already a shame to wear them: salted and greasy suede...Manual shoe cleaning at the C&D dry cleaners is not a cheap pleasure, but I decided to take a chance. I regret that I did not take a photo "BEFORE"...The photo "AFTER" is attached. Now, for a couple of seasons of slush, salt and mud, they will definitely be enough for me.

I handed over my sneakers for dry cleaning on May 16. I came twice and asked when they would be ready, to which I heard in response "not ready yet". On June 12, I arrived and it turned out that they were just lost, but everything is already ready. There are no delay alerts on the phone. I had to personally go to pick up from the main point. the quality of the "dry cleaning" for 50p can be estimated in the photo

Ruined the trousers. A strip on the side of the buttocks. There was no such strip before the dry cleaning. There were just specks. They wrote glitter on the trousers on the receipt. I will demand a refund.

They do not perform on time, they impose their additional services. Boorish attitude. No one warns about delays and is not even going to. Not only is the dry cleaning 3 weeks, but there are also delays.
