I was surprised by the boorish attitude of the manager who called after canceling the recording. It feels like they also wanted to accuse me of something. It would be better not to get involved with this level of communication at all

The car is thoroughly washed, even in the trunk it is clear that the objects lying there were moved to wipe the surface, which, as a rule, was not done at other car washes. The mats are well dried, they did not have to be dried, so that there was no unpleasant smell of dampness. The windows have been treated with something, they have not been soiled for a week, dirty water just rolls off them. There is a preliminary appointment, a pleasant receptionist, you can wait until the washing process is underway, or you can do other things, they will call you when the car can be picked up. In general, all employees are very friendly, pleasant to communicate with. Now - just here to the sink!

They talked me here to a super car wash with super cleaning of some points on the body (touch it with your hand, you feel rough). With some kind of super coating (your hard wax is the last century, but our coating is expensive!). As a result, the sink cost me 300 rubles, they promised hydrophobia for several months. In fact, I drove 800 km in a couple of weeks, there is no hydrophobe on the body anymore. I don't see any difference with a car wash for 60 rubles anywhere in the city, a regular car wash is exorbitantly expensive. Of course, you are good at selling beautifully, but I am unlikely to come here again, because I feel that you promised one thing, but I got another. I have a feeling that I wasted my money.
