I saw on the web that visitors had
a need to take several shots on a smartphone in a restaurant, but the administration forbids referring to private territory.
I advise the administration to familiarize itself with the following articles of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
Article 20, paragraph 2: "Everyone has the right to freely receive and disseminate information in any way not prohibited by law."
Article 24, paragraph 12: "It is prohibited for the seller (manufacturer, contractor), except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to restrict the rights of consumers in relation to the use of photo and video shooting." (The Law on Consumer Protection).
And at your leisure, improve your legal knowledge regarding interaction with visitors and in the future
be guided by the letter of the law, and not by your desires and wishlist.
