The hotel is located on the second street, opposite the Festival center. It is very convenient to get to Terminal 21, you can cross the road and get through the alley to 1st street, towards Volkin Street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself inside pulls in full-fledged 3 stars, outdated air conditioners that work loudly, there are no magnetic keys, everything is tired, but at the same time clean, towels and linen are changed daily. The room has a hairdryer, a kettle, 2 bottles of water, 2 tea bags and 2 coffees are provided free of charge daily. Shampoo and shower gel are also available in the room. But take toothpaste and a brush, as well as hand soap with you or buy it on the spot. The breakfasts are monotonous, rice, noodles or pasta, eggs, sausages, ham, stewed vegetables. There is also a cream soup, mushroom or corn, changed every other day.Fresh vegetables for salad, watermelon and pineapple fruits. Coffee, tea, juices, cereals and milk. There is toast bread, rolls, jam and butter.
Overall, we are happy with our stay at this hotel, there is enough food for breakfast, there is a safe in the room, convenient location. On weekends, it is noisy until 2-30 at night, music is playing loudly somewhere nearby and they sing in a specific way. Of the disadvantages, I note the lack of a balcony where you can dry things. According to the rules of the hotel, they cannot be dried in the room, and it is impossible, because there is not a single chair, not a single hook or carnation. And in the bathroom there is only a crossbar on which a curtain hangs, where bathing accessories were dried.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2025, the location is convenient in every sense-there is a hospital, pharmacies,cafes, exchangers and everything you need,the pool is clean,the room cleaning is very mediocre, just changing towels and adding tea-coffee-water, the rooms are not bad, but not washed,other people's things were found under the bed and a lot hair, sockets are terrible, one of the 3 was more or less, there were no breakfasts, those who wrote that they were good did not see any good ones, which means flying for 9 hours and paying 400 thousand for a tour to eat sausages and pasta-well, sour pineapple, watermelon, papaya once.It takes 5 minutes to get to the sea in a straight line.Since we have hardly been to the hotel, we spent a good night, had a good rest, but there is no desire to return here at all.

The hotel's pool is located so that there is always shade, so you won't be able to sunbathe at any time. The rooms are triple because of the bathroom, the photo shows the condition it is in. There is a small market and cafes on the right side of the hotel (there is always music, but it didn't bother us)

Our breakfasts were arranged according to the buffet principle! Someone wrote that the food was monotonous, but that's what Swedish was for, and I took what I wanted. The staff doesn't speak Russian, but a Google translator will help! We had a building next to the pool. The pool is clean. The location is very good! Second street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Volkin Street. It took a long time to get to the Temple of Truth by sea, but we were able to explore north Pattaya and clean beaches! The rooms are cleaned daily, yes, the hotel is not new, but the entire infrastructure is located nearby (trader, market, shops 7eleven, beach street nearby, makashniki). Hello everyone, we were on New Year's Eve from 2024 to 2025.
The hotel is not bad, they look after the cleanliness in the room. (I'm kind of a big-eyed person 👀 😃and I love cleanliness and comfort myself) there are flaws between the floors (I won't write this down, so as not to spoil the mood 😃) there is a swimming pool for both adults and children. There is not a small parking lot near the hotel. As for the food, it was boring, there is no such variety of food, you can say almost everything is the same.
And so this is the second coastline, the hotel is right in front of the Pattaya shopping center. If you leave the hotel, turn right, and finally you can walk and all sorts of different cafes and massages. And if you leave the hotel and go in the same direction, you can eat around the corner of the hotel market, tasty and not expensive. The second option is to go further away (I forgot the name of the cafe, well, for the record, there are many tables and lanterns), you can also eat delicious and full, the choice of food is large, the portions are good, but more expensive than on the market.
As for the sea, it's not far to go, you can get out of the hotel and go straight straight to the road, go straight straight to the beach, and you can also take a walk on the first coastline. We went to the beach, and took more time to get from the first line, caught a tuk tuk (price 20 baht), got to the pier, boarded a steamer (30 baht per person) and sailed for 40 minutes and the island there is beautiful, blue sea, as in the clip, sun beds cost 100 baht. According to the time, we left from 9:00 and back at 16:30. Something like that😃

We rested at the Caesar hotel in early December 2024, a trip of 14 days (13 nights) from Novosibirsk cost 210,000 for two. The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the room was cleaned well and every day, a chocolate bar "Alyonka" was left for tea for the cleaner, the location of the hotel is the center of Pattaya - which is quite convenient, the breakfasts are passable - we did not stay hungry, in general, of course we recommend it!!

We visited in March 2025. The city center. Within walking distance of shopping centers, markets, cafes, beach, pier, exchange offices. Tuk-tuks drive past the hotel.
The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, two bottles of water for free.
The breakfasts were simple, but we didn't go hungry. Meat, vegetables, fruits, eggs, sausages and of course rice.
A pool with warm water. Sun beds and towels are free of charge.

Good location, clean rooms, not far from Volkin, across the street from the Central Festival, 300 meters from the beach. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, because it wasn't very good before: eggs, omelette, soy sausages. The wire of the guests is paid (whoever understands, understands).

A very cool hotel. It took me a long time to choose a suitable hotel for myself, but I decided to stay at Caesar. The check-in was very fast, it took literally 10 minutes. The hotel is tired, although clean.
The rooms are standard and spacious enough. Until the hotel started to fill up with tourists, the breakfasts were portioned, then a buffet was made. The air conditioner in our room broke down. We were offered a choice of several rooms.
Cleaning was done every day.
The staff is attentive and helpful.
This hotel is ideal for us in terms of location, and of course the price-quality ratio. In Pattaya, for that kind of money, there are better hotels, but they don't suit us because of the location.

I was warned in advance through the tour operator that I would arrive with my sister, who has a birthday on the day of arrival. Usually! as in normal hotels, this is a minimum, either a greeting card, or fruit, or a bottle of wine, or a cake and a candle with music in the breakfast \ lunch \ dinner area....But there's NOTHING here!
We arrived at seven in the morning, the man at the reception said to approach at 12.00, we came up and there were already two women with unhappy faces and behaved very badly! they just turned away and didn't talk. My niece was also with me for 11 years. The child survived until 12.00, eventually fell asleep in the hall on an armchair ...
They gave the room far away and the bed for the child was all rusty, broken connections, to get out of bed, you can break your legs, toes, since the distance was 10-15 cm between the beds. The only outlet on the phone is just broken. The air conditioner was noisy, nothing was done to resolve the situation, the staff was not friendly. The hotel was turned into a hangout for Hindus and girls for the night.
Breakfasts are just 2 *, fried eggs \ sausages \ porridge of 1 type \ rice and a Chinese dish, there is no variety in 7 days. Once there was pineapple and watermelon with fruits, there was PAPAYA. It used to be better. Only the repair pleases

The breakfasts are very meager, cold fried eggs, stewed vegetables, rice, sausages, watermelon, pineapple, buttered toast, the same thing every day. We went to eat at the central festival, it's across the street just to the left of a 3-minute walk. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby, the night market as you go to the left of the hotel, just a little further there is a fruit market, they took fruits home in a basket immediately packed. It's not far to Volkin Street. We went swimming on koh lan, it's also not far to the ferry, we reached the first street and took a tuk tuk to the pier about a 5-minute drive. By ferry to the island it takes 30-40min approximately, it costs 30 baht per person in one direction. We would also return to this hotel - perhaps, because in fact only to spend the night and then not always, there are excellent cheap options on the island for an overnight stay. Thailand is a very cool country, we will definitely come back.
