I always stay only in this complex. A great place to live, there is a spa, gym, several shops, many different pools, cafes, restaurants, a large playground for children. Beautiful well-maintained territory.

Not exactly an apartment hotel. Just a residential complex. Not an expensive rental. There is a cafe, a restaurant, swimming pools and a fitness room that can be used free of charge. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. There are playgrounds and a supermarket on site. Of the cons. There is construction going on around. There is very strong audibility in the houses. We liked everything very much, but we are people without big claims. The price-quality ratio is 10 points out of 10. Really inexpensive. I hope my review will be useful to someone

An excellent complex, there are several swimming pools, even in winter there is an indoor one with a sauna and a hammam. There is a convenience store on site. We have been coming for more than one year and always stay here.

Excellent infrastructure, good reception and accommodation in the apartments.Caesar's territory has all the necessary services and shops. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, either along a dusty road or along a very inconvenient and unsettled path. The beach is sandy. The sea is clear. Starting in May, there is a free bus to and from the beach. We stayed in April 2023. A new fitness center was introduced under the windows of the room on the 11th floor. On working days, machinery and construction tools (jackhammer) worked noisily. It is hoped that in the month of May these inconveniences will be eliminated. I recommend

The territory is nice, well maintained. There are many playgrounds for children. There are a couple of grocery stores.
A big minus is the endless building around, noise, dust, etc. There is nothing in the neighborhood, there is nowhere to go, from the word at all!

The complex itself is not bad, children are interested, there are restaurants, a lot of Russians. The management company, like taxi drivers in Istanbul, we left the groceries on the table and tried to explain to us that it was dirty and it was an "extra" double cleaning. At the same time, the room is clean, nothing is dirty or broken anywhere, during the stay we also did not clean. They ask for a passport as a deposit upon check-in or money, do not leave anything if possible, since a divorce in Turkish for extra and so on will begin upon departure.

The best holiday complex in Northern Cyprus. Everything is there. Like in a hotel. They take you to the sea for free by bus. 800 meters. Awesome I recommend.

Good hotel, budget 5, I recommend it.Of the disadvantages, stones in the sea are not small and at a depth, you can hit your foot, the shades on the beach are old, in patches, you need to change.The food is normal, the cleaning is also as they say that in the bathroom in the rooms there is a "swamp", the water goes away perfectly, there were no problems.Animation is weak, maybe it's not the season anymore?!

A huge minus of Caesar Resort for the operation of the pools. There are a lot of them, but they all close at 21:00 (in fact, very often even earlier, as it is more convenient for pool cleaners)
The evening, the heat, a lot of pools – and you can't use them, security is immediately formed and threatens with huge fines.
