We were at this institution on 20.12. The service is at a low level, they did not warn about the corporate party. The hall is noisy, they didn't even offer a table away from the noisy company. The waitress replied with a quip, after which there was no desire to stay in this place. I wish to change the staff or at least teach them the banal standards of service.

THIS IS SIMPLY UNBEARABLE!!!
My boyfriend and I visit Yesenin weekly to take a break from the routine and listen to stand-up.
I rarely write reviews, but the cumulative effect worked here. Every evening is so good and calm that it is impossible not to thank the whole team for their work, customer orientation, attention and care!
I want to mention the kitchen. The price-quality ratio exceeds all expectations: tasty, concise, decent. Most of all, I love Seared tuna (I RECOMMEND it) and Udon with chicken and vegetables from tereyaki (I TERRIBLY RECOMMEND IT)!!! Men will definitely like the burgers and the bar menu :)
And special thanks for the events. We love to eat and listen to young comedians so much, and it's all complemented by CALM, NOT SHOUTING!!!!!! an interior with warm light that makes you want to come back more and more often!
