We were there on Saturday. I really liked it. The food is generally great. The hot stuff is very tasty. The fish and meat are tender. Music for all ages. The dishes were served without delay. The waitress was Valentina. A very nice girl. I quickly solved all the issues. I came by and asked if there were any suggestions. Smiling. Friendly. I liked everything very much. We were celebrating a corporate party. They were not happy. The saddest thing is that we were put in another place. We arrived in advance. 2 months before the corporate event. At that time, we were told that all cafes were free on our date and we could choose any location. We chose a separate room where we could move freely. We wanted to make an advance payment for 2 months immediately, but the administrator said it was too early, prices might change. In November, they called, they wanted to coordinate the menu and make an advance payment – it was too early. As a result, a week before the corporate party, they call us and ask when we are going to make an advance payment at all. And then it turns out that all the seats are occupied, including ours. Free only on the terrace and on the balcony. I had to sit on the balcony. I do not advise anyone to hold events on the balcony. It's very crowded in there. To get one person out, you need to raise six. They needed to put chairs there on the balcony (in such a cramped place) so that they could get around. And they set up sofas and it was very cramped. They immediately put the plates in front of the armrests of the sofas. It was impossible to sit there. They demanded to deliver one table. When it was delivered, it got better. We sat and discussed that it would be more cramped not to sit down. We wouldn't fit. In general, I do not advise you to sit on the balcony and I do not advise you to count on agreements in this cafe… Well, judging by the table, there wasn't enough food. It seems that everything was put in 1.5 – 2 times less. But their cuisine is excellent. Everything was very tasty. In general, just come and eat with up to 4 people – yes! It's delicious there! But celebrating events is definitely not the case. The cafe pulls out only the kitchen.

On 12/21/2023, we celebrated a New Year's corporate party at the Budzma cafe. On 10/26/2023, a specific hall was booked in advance and due to the fact that on 12/22/2023 this hall was occupied, it was postponed to 12/21/2023 (Thursday) without a New Year's program, but taking into account the fact that live music suited us every evening. Throughout November, they called and asked when to make an advance payment, to which they replied that it was too early, prices could change and already on 12/9/2023 they called us and said that since you did not make an advance payment, your hall is occupied and we can only seat you on the second floor balcony, and also said that the "girl" was confused and I recorded several corporate parties in one hall.
Arriving at the cafe on 12/21/2023, we faced the situation that the seating of the guests is simply terrible. The plates stood opposite the railing of the sofa, in fact there was nowhere for 4 guests to sit, the second floor was heated by a fan heater, which blew hot air into one guest's face and body, and at the other end of the hall cold air blew from the cracks of the walls and they were simply plugged with blankets (then probably someone would cover their shoulders). After our indignation about the seating of the guests, we were given an additional table, and we were more or less able to sit down with a spoiled mood.
The arrangement of the food on the tables was the same as the seating of the guests. On one half there was everything, on the other part. One half of the guests had to get up all the time to put something for themselves.
As for the food, almost everything was delicious, with the exception of tomatoes with cheese (which included nothing but mayonnaise and eggs), herring with vodka (with bones from the spine), black pudding with a taste of chemistry and falling apart until the moment you put it on a plate and a salad "Banquet" with They came across some kind of cartilage.
As for the weight of the ordered products, except for the barbecue, beer board and tio, everything else aroused great suspicion.
20 minutes before the closing of the institution, a guard stood over us as a supervisor in the zone and constantly insisted that we vacate the room and at 24.00 just turn off the lights in the hall.
Before leaving the room, I said that we would never come to you again, that there was no evening and insistence and positive emotions from the corporate party held in their institution. At that moment, the administrator came up and listened to my claims and she had nothing to answer clearly. She also said that people came up to you and asked if everything was okay and you said that everything was fine. If you were not satisfied with the weight of the products served, you should have said so and we would have weighed it. I do not intend to humiliate myself during a banquet with weighing products, and this should be on the conscience of the cafe staff. I just want to get what I paid for. We have never had such situations, it was not the first or the last time we celebrated a corporate party, and, as a rule, when you order almost the same products for a festive table, you have an idea how much they should be.
The administrator behaved as if she didn't care about this situation, and constantly insisted that we live in a free country, everyone has the right to decide for himself what he wants, where to go, what to do, provide a service or not. Then she added that I was not the person who booked and paid for the table, knowing that this was a corporate event and one person was speaking from the whole team, not a crowd of people ordering, but to the person who booked and paid for the banquet, the servant was paid and goodbye. Not a single gram of apologies at least for the inconvenience caused and not a single attempt to resolve the situation. I realized one thing, the administrator does not care about the opinion of the guests. The cook has a big plus for the main dishes, everything is delicious, but I will not come here anymore and I will not advise others, this banquet facility is intended only in two separate halls, everything else is just to come and eat. We have never been in such cramped conditions before, our men sat with their shoulders hunched at the table, and the women held the plates up and ate.
