In my opinion, the most delicious restaurant in the whole of Kyrgyzstan. Beef kuurdak is simply delicious, ear, boorsoki and everything else is five stars. The service is very fast, the staff is polite and friendly.

I recommend.
A cozy place, everything is clean, polite and delicious. The waiters are very caring :)
The restaurant itself may seem small from the facade, but in fact it goes far into the depths. There are places both on the outdoor verandas (mini gazebos) and inside.
The menu is national + European.
I think it's better to book places in advance, since almost everything was occupied.

The maintenance is very long and the brazier does not work. I had to choose from what I have. We specially came from the northern shore (Cholpon-Ata) for such a service, the prices are not adequate!
We've been waiting for this volume for an hour!
PS Record! Chinese soup waiting time is already 80 minutes!!! And this is not all, we are still waiting! Let's go for a new record!
Upd. It's been 1 hour and 30 minutes! The soup is ready! Nothing supernatural. The usual soup was not worth the wait.

04/25/2023 we were guests of the ethno-cafe, in our large company (11 people)everyone was satisfied, although the dishes were ordered differently, the lamb meat on the grill is just magical.The menu is varied, the service is fast, there is wi-fi. We've been here twice, had lunch and breakfast. I really liked everything the first time. But the second time we were disappointed, as if we were in another institution. We arrived at 10 a.m., there were almost no customers, but at the same time we waited for breakfast for 40 minutes. Cappuccino without foam, shakshuka from one egg and the staff was sitting at the next gazebo and discussing something vividly with the mainland. As we understood, the quality in this institution depends on the time of arrival of the administrator.
