Sunday morning: all the summer terraces of Karl Max are empty, and there are a lot of people here. And for good reason. The service is fast and courteous at the proper level. The food serving is beautiful. And the food is insanely delicious.
If the service continues at this level, it will be the best assurance on this street, since the service has begun to sink among competitors (neighbors).

It's a terrible place! The prices are atomic, the portions are small. For that kind of money, you can eat smartly and deliciously in other establishments, and it will be even 100 times more pleasant to be there than here, where mostly some rich people sit, to whom everyone owes. I didn't really like the staff either. In general, I advise you to choose a more cozy and delicious place than this. Moreover, there are quite a lot of them in Minsk now! Well, I won't set foot here anymore!

We could not evaluate the menu, because the restaurant has 2 halls: a smoker and a non-smoker, with no doors between them. The non-smoker smelled a little less of tobacco, but there was still a smell, they left because of this.

A typical restaurant where the doors are opened to you with a pretentious face, a menu is served, ordering dishes from which you will be surprised (or not) their weight, and emptiness. The cocktails turned out to be quite normal, but for such a price tag in Minsk you will find better establishments.

It is impossible for tall people to walk along the veranda to the table without hitting the umbrellas with their heads. Also, in a restaurant of this level, I would like to see cloth napkins, not paper ones.

The only negative , for me personally , is the strange looks . I am a girl in my early 20s, I was at a meeting with a man of 60 years old. And it was clear how the girls at the reception were whispering and looking in our direction. When my colleague walked away, they no longer hid their eyes. It's very unpleasant. Although they were very pleasant to the eye, they helped.

I really liked this place. Dim lights, candles, French music and black-and-white photographs on the walls. Definitely delicious cuisine. Excellent staff, and importantly, everyone speaks English, even the security (I was with a foreign guest). We will definitely come back to you again.

I really liked the warm salad with the tenderest veal. By the way, you can replace the photo of this dish with Relax.But it's much more presentable in person. Tuna tagliata is also worthy of praise. A great performer with excellent English and an equally wonderful voice will make your evening atmospheric. I took off 1 star for choosing scallops from the menu, but unfortunately there were none. Well, plus the waiter, apparently wanting to speed up the process a little and take away the ice bucket, poured the rest of the wine into glasses above the level accepted in establishments of this level (I'll please you with a pun).
In general, a decent restaurant, a must-visit for the respectable public!

What happens to establishments in Minsk when it comes to water is unclear. My husband and I came to celebrate the holiday, ordered dishes from the waiter. While waiting for him, we realized that we were thirsty. And then she took off. "We don't have plain water from the filter. There is an inexpensive one, at 10 rubles for 0.75 liters." Inexpensive, Carl! To my question, why can't I bring plain water, the waiter replied, "You can go to our bar yourself and they will pour it for you." I.e. I myself have to get up, go inside and ask the bartender for water, and the fellow waiter is above that? The institution is primarily determined by its attitude to the client, believe me. I may not pay attention to a spoiled dish, but never to such an attitude towards myself. In addition, they ordered ice cream, which was not brought, but they entered it in the receipt. By the way, our waiter, after the incident with the water, brought the order, did not approach us anymore, the administrator counted on us. By the way, there was a woman at the next table whose ordered coffee could not be brought for 45 minutes! We want it to be like in Europe, and the culture of the institution and its waiters is like in Belarus. Disappointment.
