My girlfriend and I recently visited this place.
The service leaves much to be desired.
It's very hot at the entrance, because the heat curtain is working at full capacity, even considering that it's only -1 outside.
The waiter took the order at the checkout and ran off somewhere, leaving one young man behind the bar to fend for himself. After we accepted the order, we took a more comfortable table and started waiting. We ordered two tiramisu and one green tea.
We were warned that tiramisu will take 5 to 7 minutes to cook, which will affect the texture of the dessert in the future.
After a modest wait, we were informed that the dish was ready and called to pick it up.
Soon after, we were expecting our tea.
And then something incredible began - looking back at the Barista, I looked at him questioningly and made it clear that we were clearly waiting for something else. Not understanding my verbal prompts, the barista smiled affably.
I went to the cashier to check on our tea.
Barista said yes, well, I'll check it out now. He began frantically searching for the punched check, but to no avail.
I went up a second time to ask for a glass of filtered water, after which the employee turned back to the checkout monitor.
After a couple of minutes of searching, he replied that he did not understand me.
I told him again about the water and reminded him about our tea.
After the third reminder, he finally started making tea, but it was black.
After the fourth request and the third adjustment, we finally received our sencha kettle, which unfortunately we drank from unsuitable dishes.
By atmosphere:
The room is occupied exclusively by the staff of the coffee shop, from the directors to the technical staff. It seems we were the only guests that day.
Some gentlemen periodically visited the delivery area, the bar area, and the dessert display cases.
Their movements are not as scary as their appearance. It's not very pleasant to realize that somewhere near the food that I would like to eat, my outerwear is being shaken.
In the kitchen:
The tiramisu, unlike the one served at the coffee shop's opening, was in a plastic cup, and for that price I could easily have bought two of them at a candy store 10 meters from the coffee shop.
The savoyardi in tiramisu was quite lean, but it was soaked in coffee and unsuitable for tiramisu. The sponge cake is hard in places, and completely softened in places.
Service 5/10
Kitchen 5/10
Bar 8/10

There are tables outside
, Stylish renovation inside
Dear barista, we had a nice chat
Delicious breakfast
, Prices are above average
❎ You've been waiting for an order for a long time, if you speed up the delivery, you won 't get the price.
Cool place
The coffee is delicious, the breakfasts are great, the guys are very friendly, they work, the music is well chosen
In general, I liked it, prosperity to you
I ordered black tea with milk, the price on the menu is 800 tenge, but it turned out that you need to pay for milk, which was not warned, plus the price does not include VAT, which was also omitted, as a result, a cup of tea cost 1,425 tenge. An ordinary bag of Tess and milk, by the way, the taste is disgusting. I was left with the impression that I was deceived. For the sake of short-term benefits, the cafe has lost regular customers.
